Frank was very responsive and very dedicated to the job. Frank dedicated all possible time and effort to completing the job, despite less than ideal weather conditions. He kept me informed at all times on the status and the steps needed. We actually added forty feet of Versaloc wall, which he completed quickly and matched the previous wall recently installed.

I hired Frank for garage door lintel repair/ replacement that involved rebuilding a few rows of brick also. He communicated the project estimate and plan well, was timely in completing it, did great work, and his total cost was very good for the entire job. He was able to beat the few other company quotes on price, while still delivering quality work.

I needed 2 lintels replaced and some pointing done. 10 min after posting my request for what I needed done Frank called me and set up an estimate for the following day. I was in a time crunch because I was selling the house and needed this work done ASAP. Frank showed up the next day as he said he would, gave me the estimate and said he would squeeze me in the following wk to meet my time frame. He showed up Monday morning and did a great job on replacing the 2 lintels and re-pointing the cracked mortar joint. I highly recommend hiring Sanpietro Construction; they did a great job from showing up when they said they would to completing the job and the work looks good and professional!!!!

Frank is a true professional from start to finish. He took the extra time to find brick that actually matched our house. Frank and a partner repaired bad masonry work on the side of our house. Looks exactly how it should now. He was in and out in a day. Would recommend Frank to anyone!

Came when he said he would and did what he said he would do. My 50+ year old chimney leaking required extensive repair. Sanpietro offered only the repair needed OR full repair of anything on the chimney and the missing mortar beside the front door. I choose fix anything that needs repair. Contract was easy to read and understand. Reliable & responsible. Completed full job in 2 days in December. Chimney looks like new and there is no water dripping inside. Front door repair matches the rest of the brick on the house. Contractor knows what he is doing. I would hire him again.

Frank , did a Great job on rebuilding a wall a porch column that was turned .. He was Professional, but what what I really liked most was keeping you informed.. OMG these guys are the BEST. They did some pointing work for me on my warehouse. Excellent work and communication skills. Frank answered my call one day and he was in Wyoming. (how's that for service) Matt always kept me informed on the progress they were making and I was able to do a final walk thru with both of them. I will definitely use them in the future. WONDERFUL GUYS AND EXCELLENT WORK !!!!

We appreciate the efficiency and professional manner Frank and his assistant in repairing structural damage to separate corners of our house. Although the replacement brick was not an exact match, he found similar brick that blended well, and we were quite pleased with the final result. We have concrete work to be done in the near future and would welcome Frank back in a heartbeat to perform the work.

Mr. Sanpietro came contacted me promptly and came out and gave me an estimate quickly. The project was to block up a doorway and brick up some large windows in a garage that was vandalized. Despite no utilities available on site, he accomplished the project in less than a day while I was at work and didn't even worry about picking up his check till the next day.

Frank did a wonderful job. He had to work around a rain storm but he got the job finished. Its hard to find a great mason. We are very pleased with his and his helpers work. I would recommend his company in a heart beat. Thank You Frank and Chad.

Frank and Chad did a great job on repointing and replacing bricks on my chimney. They also did a great job on replacing and expanding my front concrete porch all at a reasonable price Would hire again.Don B.

Hired Frank and his crew due to the knowledge he provided in detailing the steps he will take in rebuilding our driveway wall to so that we will not have this problem in the future. 2 feet of gravel was laid behind the stone wall separated from the dirt by Geo Tech cloth with weep tubes provided at the bottom to allow sufficient draining of water. They spent 2 1/2 days on the job with the final step spent power washing the rebuilt wall and also our driveway to remove any lingering grime and dirt. They are a hardworking team and very personable, never hesitating to update us on their work as needed.

Frank and team do excellent work! They are real masonry artists, which is rare to find these days. Frank and team disassembled my existing (falling over) stone veneer wall. They recycled my existing stone and power washed the newly rebuild and existing wall. It looks beautiful and the price was very fair! I will definitely use Sanpietro Construction again! Good work and was professional from beginning to end of project. Would recommend to others and hire for additional projects.

The professional was supposed to level out my foundation and repair it but all he did was pour the concrete. He claimed that he was going to put in expansion boards but he did not. The professional will not come out and look at this crack as a result of his work. For $1,600 I expected a better job.
