Description of Work: Our sewer line backed up in the garage. They couldn't come out the day I requested due to a pending storm, I wanted to Be there. They actually came earlier. They were great. They kept in contact withme via phone while I was at work. Although the report they came back with was so pleasant as They thought my sewer line had collapsed. They recommended running a camera through but I wanted to think about it. Later the following week I decided to call them to set it up for the following week. Unfortunately that Saturday the sewer backed up again. They were gracious enough to come out on a Saturday night. The best service ever. They ran a camera thru to be sure it was collasped. They gave me some recommendations who would be able to help us with our collasped line. |Thank you ladies.

 + -1 moreAfter another company cancelled and the 2nd company came out and said our problem was beyond their capability. I found myself on a Saturday morning, still needing my drain cleared. I called R & B, and the guy came out the same day and got right to work. After he cleared the main sewer line from the house (where the main back-up was) I noticed my shower was still draining slowly. Even though he had 10 other calls to make it to today, he still snaked the tub for me. He didn't even charge extra, since it was still within the 1st hr. He was very efficient and professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.
Description of Work: Cleared the sewer line to the house & the bath drain.
