WITHERITE HOME IMPROVEMENT

Harry is a starter but not a finisher. Following some electrical work. trim replacement and painting, window sealing, gutter replacement, a new window, which at first appeared to be fine, minor issues arose with many facets of the work (downspouts not properly re-attached). He addressed only the first issue identified. Then said he would stop by to address the others, but never did. He is all talk but no action - spends too much daylight time at Duffy's.. And the electrical work he did was amateurish. I could have done the work that badly myself. His bookkeeping sux as well. He gave me n initial estimate, I knocked off a few items to bring the cost down, the work was performed, then after the work was performed I received an UN-itemized bill for the initial estimate! At least he did accept the revised bill after I spoke with him about it. The man is retarded, and no one should hire him for anything. He is good for a laugh, however.. The painting and sealing work was acceptable, but then his crew did that, not Harry.
