Description of Work: They installed a new water heater in 2009 and in about 3 months had to replace a censor on it. Then for the next 3 years they had to replace the heater elements every 8 - 12 months. They claimed it was out hard water but the water the prior water heater lasted over 20 years before it had to be replaced. Three weeks ago I had the elements replaced only to find myself with no hot water on the weekend of 8/18/12. Upon my demand they put in a new water heater but still charged me $200 and left the carpets in my house muddy.
