Rolling Suds Power Washing Professionals

All went great. After the initial inspection for an estimate to remove dirt on a stucco chimney, mold on some vinyl siding and what I thought was dirt on a small section of roof shingles, Mike pointed out small tufts of green mold growing from the shingles which I never noticed. That growth will dry out the shingles and cause them not to flex, shortening the life of the roof. So, I not only cleaned up my house but improved the life of the roof. Can't beat that! The price was comparable to others, mold growth was pointed out that others didn't and they were accurate in being able to clean the chimney where others were uncertain and said it should probably be painted.

Came when they said they would and did a great job. The stain color had to be exact ( townhouse community rules) and there was no problem.

Rolling Suds Pressure Washing did fine. I think they really did a good job. We have a townhouse and they did three walls. They did my railings that I asked them to do. They were friendly, they were efficient and they were prompt.

Estimate and service was prompt. Job was done as promised. The porch deck looked great, but my wife and I were concerned with some residual streaks and water stains on the siding after it dried. We contacted Rolling Suds and they responded promptly, sending someone back out the next day to address the situation. After re-spraying the problem areas there was some improvement, but I will still need to go over the areas with fresh water and a sponge to eliminate the streaking. This is the first time we have had our house pressure washed. Perhaps we are being overly picky or the type of streaking we have is standard with all pressure washing, I won't know until the next time we have it done. Price was the lowest we received with a $25 off coupon and additional 6% off for cash.

I was very impressed when I called to schedule a last minute appointment at the beginning of the week, since our realtor thought we should have the house cleaned before the open house. The gentleman who answered didn't think he would be able, but when I told him where I lived, since we were "just around the corner" and he had a cancellation, they could fit me in between 1-2p. In addition, my neighbor, who also used and recommended them to us, advised what they paid to ensure a ballpark figure, which was spot on. So today, I awaited the arrival of the Rolling Suds team, and as the minutes passed 1p, I was starting to wonder what happened. Come 1:55p, I called the main number, and spoke with a gentleman who said they should have been there by now, and they should have contacted me to advise of their arrival. Obviously none of this happened. He got a hold of the guys responsible for the job, and said they were on their way from another job, and would be arriving in about 20 minutes. No explanation was given for the delay. Although I wasn't happy, I said okay. The two guys arrived at 2:32p. When Andrew knocked on the door, he didn't even apologize for being late. It is just common courtesy. He said he would need the water hook up, which I provided from my garage, and asked if I had any concerns. I advised that the one side of the house was extremely dirty and would need a little more attention. He said okay, that it would take about an hour to complete (which it did), and that he would come back to show what they did and handle the bill. All that happened. I was impressed with the end result. The house looks great, but customer service is key in my book. We are moving, and my future home needs a good washing ... I could be a returning client or not ... I will have to give it some thought. I decided to give the company a second chance after the first review in May. They still had punctuality issues; however, their professionalism and responsiveness with handling the delay was greatly improved. I received a call advising they were running behind schedule, and another call when they were on the way. I really appreciated it. As before, the house turned out great. Yes, I would hire them again if we need them.

Mike and Pat arrived on time. They were very professional and polite. they thoroughly explained the process. My house was quite stained but the estimate which was given on the phone, was honored with no complaint. They made sure that every stain was removed including the window frames. They even washed the brick front of the house. My house looks great! I will definitely use Rolling Suds again and highly recommend them for pressure washing. The price was better than some competitors as well.

I called Rolling Suds after having a very bad experience with Precision Service, another company thru Angies List, which offered a "Big Deal" in February for power washing at the price of $249.00. After trying to schedule an appointment for over 4 months, with no response from Denny Nelson, owner, other than "I am really busy, I got over 300 calls from the "Big Deal", I requested a refund from Angie's List (which I received promptly), I called Rolling Suds and scheduled an appointment that day for service within a week. The really funny thing is that I only paid an additional $25.00 from the "Big Deal" offer. As unprofessional as Precision Services was, Rolling Suds surely made up for it. I will definitely call upon them again and definitely refer them to my friends. Good Job Rolling Suds!

They were very responsive and very knowledgeable. Their pricing was reasonable.

The before and after pictures they sent me show how dirty the house was before (siding is white) and what a huge improvement the cleaning did. Their worker was on time, quick and very nice. The only criticism I would offer is for their workers to be more cautious about fences. The worker did not completely close the gate to my back yard and the dog got out and ran off. Luckily he was found about an hour later and all turned out well but this is something that can easily be prevented. I'm only posting this here, not to criticize or complain, but to point this out in the hope that they read this and are more observant in the future and make sure this doesn't happen again. Other than that, I was very impressed and would hire them again in the future.

Things wen smooth with lots of communication. Call fore estimate, estimate provided within a day or two, and then called to scheduled job. They showed up, asked where the hose connection was, explained how they would proceed, and then they go started. They cleaned the back of the house, the deck, the deck railing, and then moved their way around the house. They then cleaned the sidewalks. Everything turned out very well.

Since I've used Rolling Suds before, and had an excellent experience, I contacted them again to set up an appointment to come out and pressure wash my aluminum siding. My initial contact was via email, and they responded right away. I subsequently needed to contact them again by phone and they answered promptly. We decided on a day and time. Their 2-man crew arrived promptly on the appointed day, and were very efficient, and professional. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the siding, and in addition pressure washed my concrete patio for no extra charge. They left the area just as they found it.

It went okay. They missed a couple of spots and had to come back and fix the issues. I still noticed that they missed the windowsills upstairs but I'm not going to make them come back again. They actually ended up breaking a sewer line on the side of the house. It was a plastic capped sewer line. They told me to contact a plumber to fix it and they took it off the bill. They were easy to work with in that way but I still had to have a plumber come to fix it so I thought they might reduce the charge but they didn't. They did take off the $140 plumber's charge but I thought they would maybe do a little bit more for me. I would possibly use them again but I would do a little more homework. They were nice about it but they had to come out to my house twice and they broke my sewer line.

I found Rolling Suds on Angie's List through a "nearby" search and, based on the good reviews, called to make an appointment for an estimate. A truck came by the very next day (9/27/2011) and after a quick ten minutes, posted an estimate on the front door - unfortunately, I was on a phone call and couldn't hang up in time to answer the door. I found the estimate reasonable ($300) and called the next day to schedule a pressure washing. I reached the voice mail and received a prompt return call, scheduling the pressure washing for 11/7/2011. The day arrived and the young employee pulled into the driveway on time, very professional and courteous, and with one truck. Based on other reviews, I was concerned about my low pressure well water and whether my cleaning would require one or two trucks; however I was assured there would be no issue. He had my original estimate in hand and I noted after the visit that "*Fish Pond" was noted at the bottom, by the employee who provided the estimate. The pressure washing was complete in an hour and I walked the perimeter of the house with him, while he explained why some areas required additional treatment and what windows may require a rinse later in the day. We briefly chatted near the small fish pond by the back door, while he explained what might be needed on future visits if we chose to clean surfaces such as the roof and decking. The finished job was only $18 more than the estimate and I was thrilled with results and experience. That is, until the next morning. As usual, I walked out the back door to feed the 23 koi in my fish pond only to find them all floating, dead. I was distraught. We had only recently purchased the home from another couple who had owned the fish for at least ten years prior to our inheriting them. They had quickly become like pets and now I had to scoop them and bury them and somehow rid the pond of what smelled strongly of chlorine bleach. My lily pads were wilted and quickly disappeared. The next day, I emailed Rolling Suds to thank them for what would have been a perfect experience, but also to express my disappointment that more care wasn't taken to ensure the safety of my pond and fish. I wasn't asking for anything other than education to their staff to prevent this from happening, and perhaps an apology. Two weeks later, I received a note from the owner's wife explaining that the owner was out of town and though she was sorry for my loss, she was also sorry I hadn't heard from anyone and would hear back from the owner when he returned. I have not heard from them since. I was not left with a sense that my patronage was valued and won't use the service again. Unfortunate, too, since the process was convenient, dependable, and reasonably priced.

Prompt estimate, the owner came out himself and gave estimate. Work was completed on time and very professionally. I highly recommend this company and would use them again.

My townhouse had a lot of algae or something green on the exterior on two sides. They came on time, as scheduled, and performed the work. The green is gone. My only reservation is that there are places where it looks like they also took off a layer of paint from the siding. But the place is 20 years old, and I'm honestly not certain whether or not that paint was missing before they did the work. I notice it now because they took off the green stuff, which is what I asked them to do. So next time I would ask them about whether there is any chance their process will take off a layer of paint. Also, I learned that they use chlorine, which not everyone would want going into their landscaping. This was the first time I have ever had powerwashing done, so I have no idea whether or not using chlorine is standard or optional.
