 + -1 moreFrom beginning to end it was a great experience dealing with Land-Tech. The free estimate went very well. He listened to everything I wanted and let me know how they were going to proceed. I had 3 other estimates and they all told me how they thought they would re-design the beds and other work they would do even though I did not ask for it. One guy from another company wanted to rip every tree out of my yard! Land-Tech also had the best price for the job I wanted to do. When the contract was signed and the deposit was placed work started in a few weeks and was done in under a day. Everything was just as I requested, nothing more and nothing less which was exactly as I hoped. The guys doing the work were professional and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Removed unwanted yard decorations and materials such as barrels, stones and other old design features as well as performed a spring clean-up, mulching and reshaping beds.

 + 0 moreWe did not use Land-Tech and used one of the other two contractors (TMC Concrete and Paving LLC, who we found on Angie's List!), with excellent results.
Description of Work: I requested a bid to supply and install a double type M inlet; 83 LF of 18" HDPE; replace concrete curb apron; remove and replace existing driveway and 16 LF of curb; and rake and seed all disturbed areas. Land-Tech refused to give me a line-item breakdown of the $11,000 price quote, stating that it was a "unit price contract." This did not allow us to compare this quote with the ones from the two other contractors, nor to decide which items, if any, to eliminate for budgetary reasons.

 + -1 moreThe experience was great. Despite being a relatively small project (basically 1 day to complete), the organization was willing to make multiple revisions to the plan. Execution was very professional and those actually doing the work clearly knew what they were doing. When mis-communication led to installation of an incorrect plant, it was quickly corrected. The price was very reasonable for the work performed. Would use again without hesitation.
Description of Work: Design and installation of replacement landscaping including preparation of plan for review by homeowners' association.
