We have always been impressed with this Home Depot. They have give us warranties manufacturers didn't give. They have given great advice to ensure we always have the right product. For example they did a great job of explaining the best carpet for our patio. I had bought a non-Weber grill from Home Depot that eventually had some issues. Without hesitation Home Depot gave back all the money I paid for the grill, which I put toward a better, Weber grill at Home Depot. Overall, we highly recommend this Home Depot to others.

We made the order in the beginning of December and they didn't set a date of delivery until December 22nd. They didn't deliver the item until around December 26th-27th and did not let me know it was going to be late. The item came damaged. I put in a complaint and returned it and got another one at the store. Fortunately the contractor we used was willing to come out at another scheduled date and didn't give us any fuss about it. I'm disappointed in the Warrington Home Depot for this.

They are fine. They are clear and they just do their job. They don't talk too much.

Terrible from the delivery on, no one person cares after the fact once you made the purchase

I didn't have a good experience. The washer was bad from almost the day I purchased it. They said it was out of their hands and sent me to GE. The washer is still not working properly.

excellent !!!! placed order online, salesman came to home, contractor came out to verify size, within 6 weeks maybe less windows were in - very impressed!

I used the home service that they offer. They came to my house to measure the window that had rotted out. They made the window and came back to install it. Unfortunately, the person measured incorrectly and we had to have another one made. They came back with the new window and put that in. If you only have one window installed, they tend to charge you more for the service. But, I only needed one.

I was very happy with this company in all respects. The windows are good quality and look very nice. The people at Home Depot were all very professional and helpful. It was a good experience.

The Home Depot sales rep, Tom was prompt and courteous. He came to our house to give us an estimate and show us some different window options. We live in the historical district of our town and when we needed to go before the architectural review board, Tom was there with us to help explain what product we were choosing. The installer was knowledgeable and cleaned up everything.

THE SALESPERSON WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ON THE APPLIANCES THAT WE PURCHASED. THE DELIVERY WAS ON TIME, AND I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS WITH THE PURCHASE OF APPLIANCES.

HAVE USED THE HOME DEPOT FOR MANY THINGS AS WELL AS KITCHEN CABINETS FOR A KITCHEN RE-DESIGN. THEY HAVE A GREAT COMPUTER PROGRAM THAT HELPS YOU SEE THE ACTUAL NEW LAYOUT WITH THE NEW CABINET FORMATION AS WELL AS THE CABINETS OF CHOICE. THEY HAVE MANY CABINET COMPANIES TO CHOOSE FROM - FROM LOW QUALITY TO HIGHER END QUALITY. HAVE USED THE KRAFTMAID COMPANY AND HAVE HAD NOT COMPLAINTS FROM THE ORDERING AT HOME DEPOT TO THE DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS. WILL CONTINUE TO USE HOME DEPOT TO PURCHASE CABINETRY.

HOME DEPOT WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US IN DETAIL. THEY PROVIDED EXCELLENT WORK.
