Description of Work: Scheduling nightmare. He scheduled and then did not show up twice without notifying us. I took half day offs to be at home both times. The first time he did not show, i called him and he said he was sick and rescheduled. After the second no-show, i treied reaching him again since I had pre-paid. I am not getting any response either on phone or through angie's messaging.

Description of Work: I paid for this service and called the company, but no one ever responded. Either there was something wrong with their phone number, or this was a scam. I reported it to Angie's List, who could not reach them either. Angie refunded my money.

 + 1 moreI have carpets that had old stains, and since I have two cats there was some pet odor too. Brian was on time and very courteous. He took the time to explain everything to me before he proceeded, and I am very happy with the result. The odors are gone, and the stained areas are much improved. He also cleaned my dryer vent, and air ducts. The dryer is operating much faster and efficiently now. Overall, I received excellent, courteous service at a great price. I will definitely use this company again, and highly recommend it.

 + -1 moreThe service technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He moved all light furniture during the carpet cleaning and did a thorough job. He also did a great job on the air duct and dryer vent cleaning and explained how the procedure was done. He also gave me some tips on some self maintenance that i can do between professional cleanings. I was very satisfied the the deluxe service and cost and will be recommending to my family and friends.
Description of Work: Three (3) rooms of carpet deep cleaning , air ducts with sanitizer and my dryer vent.
