+ -1 moreCalled twice. First time the receptionist sent me to voice mail and I left a description of the project and my number. Called again 3 days later and the receptionist took my number and email address and forwarded it to the the gentleman who hadn't returned by call. 2 weeks later and I never got a call back.
Description of Work: I was looking for a structural analysis of my homes construction to determine the weight handling capacity of the basement joists.
