They did a great job, very thorough and very pleasant.

I called them first to make sure it had a digital display. They said it did but after it was installed, I found it did not. I had them come back out to replace it which they did. Later we found it was not set up correctly to drain efficiently and it ended up burning up the pump. They charged me to replace the pump. Then, the display kept going on and off so they had to add a new transformer to the switch. I was really disappointed with the number of issues and I would not use them again.

I felt they were very honest. They didn't find anything wrong with the unit. It is an old unit and they did not push for getting a new one. I asked him to give me an estimate on replacing the unit and they did.

Arrived on time, was professional and knowledgeable. Didn't try to sell me any additional services! Good experience!

It went well. But the coolant need to be paid additional.

Norm was my technician and was very courteous and professional. He did a good job on the installation, explained how the humidifier worked and answered other HVAC related questions I had.

I purchased the big deal. The size of the humidifier included in the big deal wasn't large enough for our house, even though the big deal description said it was. The contractor willingly upgraded the size for the same price as a resolution to the problem.

They had a great price and were $300 lower than other companies I called. Dan was great and so was his assistant! The owner, Mike, was courteous and extremely nice over the phone. I called Friday and they were able to come out on Monday. They picked up after themselves and were clean and meticulous. Dan explained the workings of the humidifier before he left so I knew exactly how to work it and I will definitely be using them again!

Dan arrived right on time. He explained what was to be done and got to work. His install was neat and professional and was completed ahead of schedule. COMMUNICATION WAS EXCELLENT. MY SCHEDULE WAS HECTIC BUT MIKE WAS VERY PATIENT AND MADE THE WHOLE PROCESS A PLEASURE. DAVE ARRIVED AT THE TIME MIKE HAD SAID HER WOULD. THE WHOLE INSTALLATION WENT SMOOTH. WHEN THE JOB WAS COMPLETED HE EXPLAINED TO ME THE PURPOSE OF THE HUMIFIER AND HOW TO OPERATE IT. BEFORE LEAVING HE MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING AND WAS TOLD TO CALL IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS. THE COST WAS UNBELIEVABLE. I PAYED LESS FOR THE AUTOMATIC UNIT THAN OTHERS WERE CHARGING FOR A MANUAL ONE. I PLAN ON USING MIKE AGAIN FOR MY HVAC NEEDS. I RECOMMEND HIM 100%+

It went pretty well. I thought that it was going to need more coolant, but the repairman said otherwise. He fixed the unit and it's been working fine ever since.

My heater went in early February. I called Accutech because I had dealt with them before with good results. The repair guy arrived promptly and told me that my heater could not be repaired because the needed part was unavailable. I called another HVAC contractor who told me the same thing. I got a few estimates and settled on Accutech. I gave them the ok at 4PM and at 7AM the next morning three trucks were in my driveway. There was a lot of snow on the ground and it was very cold. They removed and replaced the whole heater and inside and outside air conditioning units. They were extremely professional and neat. The floors were covered and when they were done at approximately 3PM, you wouldn't have known they had been there except for the footprints in the snow and the nice warm house they left behind. I would and do recommend them to anyone and would use them again absolutely.

They came out and found that the type of system that we had wouldn’t be compatable with the system they were to install. They found this out right away and were very nice about it. I ended up getting a refund from Angie's List.

Everyone was very nice and helpful; from my initial call to the estimate visit I was impressed. He arrived to my home and checked out my system quickly and thoroughly. Much to my surprise he gave me an estimate on several systems that day. My options were good and fairly priced. I eventually went with another company, but I was certainly considered going with Accu Tech, I would recommend them to anyone in the market for an HVAC system.

MY HEATER IS IN A VERY TIGHT SPACE I WAS WORRIED THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DO THE JOB, BUT DAN THE TECH DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING IT HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.

It went wonderfully. They did everything in one day. Everything that they promised to do they did. They were courteous and cleaned everything up after they were done. They showed me how to work the thermostat as well. The system they put in turned out to be exactly what they said it would be and should be.

We used them over the course of a year, and everything always went well. The technicians were able to diagnose and repair the problems quickly, did a good job, and cleaned up after themselves. The price seemed reasonable, too.

Everything went well. They were very competent, easily identified the problem, and made the repairs without trying to sell unnecessary services. Ultimately, they did quality work for a reasonable price, and I'm very happy with their work.

Everything went well. The installer was very professional and did a great job. Not so much with the humidifier. It does add moisture to the air and that's a good thing. The moisture that isn't added to the air goes down the drain via my utility tub. It doesn't recycle the water that isn't used. I put the plug in my utility tub to see just how much water was being wasted. I checked the tub the next day and it was close to overflowing! An incredible amount of water to waste each and everyday that I am using the humidifier. I'm sure there's a way to fix it I just haven't taken the time to do it. The installer said that this was the newer version of humidifiers. It doesn't recycle the water because there were apparent issues with the water becoming contaminated being recycled over and over.

Very courteous person made appointment to arrange estimate. Estimator also on time and professional. Provided estimate in writing quickly. My concerns with this estimate was that the estimator never did a heat load calculation to size the equipment and never actually looked into the attic space where the air handler was going to be installed. He also did not measure the space of the opening where the air handler was going to have to fit. I'm not an HVAC expert but I think the estimate was incomplete.

We used their coupon for the HVAC cleaning and tune up. The representative on the phone was friendly and my requested date/time was easily accommodated. Service was performed as expected and the technician that came out was excellent. I would use them again.
