+ 1 moreFrom the moment the representative set foot on my property, it was made clear to me they did not want the work, either because it was too small of a job or they simply did not want to get involved late in the construction. I was given excuses ranging from: "we won't touch this" to "we don't like to work this way, we prefer to contract/subcontract," to "why won't the decking company do the electrical (?)", to "I can quote you a price but we won't warranty the cans." Having few options available to me and being unfortunately ignorant of their process, I elected to receive a quote which was absurdly overpriced for the amount of work involved. Would not recommend, at least for small residential projects. Perhaps they treat larger clients/jobs better.

+ -1 moreNorthern Electric installed new outdoor step lights and highlight a tree and gave great suggestions on where to place the lighting to get the best illumination. They placed recessed lighting in different rooms of our home and placed them in the exact locations to amplify where the lighting was needed the most.

+ -1 moreBad. They never showed up to give me a quote and they never called to tell me they weren't coming. They did not call to reschedule either. Awful service.
Description of Work: I called and had requested a quote for the installation of a chandelier in my foyer. I spoke with a lady that said the owner, who was in charge of putting quotes together was out of the office for the day. She scheduled an appointment for him to come out between 11:00-12:00pm the following week. No one ever showed up, and no one called to tell me they were not coming.

+ -1 moreVery well. Another electrical contractor had beer to deer home and supposedly field the problem after spending over $500. 00 the problem still heisted and usher I called to tech them. I did not near a word from them for 3. 4 years. I called northern & lecture & they were out the step day. The issue was resolved in less than 5 days. Excellent service and their phone is always answered.
