The technician was friendly and cordial from the start. He knows his systems and wiring was able to recommend an alternative location that saved a lot of time.

Great. The install was very smooth and they gave a thorough instruction on how to use the system.

.I have continual problems with the system. The sensors are adhesive taped and occasionally shift off center, then the alarm can't be set. I receive letters or phone calls at least twice a month from the service saying my test system didn't work. When you need service because of the shoddy equipment there is a charge, and several times I've fixed it myself.

First time out did not have the right parts. Returned a week later was installed quickly and appears correct. Installer, Randy was very good.

Technician arrived and immediately began setting up the system. Once he was done, he explained in detail how to operate everything.

Chris was very friendly, helped explain how things worked so I could make decision about exactly what I wanted. He installed everything and then showed me in a detailed, thorough and relaxed manner how to use it all, including computer and app help.

Adam was very knowledgeable and able to explain and walk me through the set up & use of my alarm system. He explained so well I couldn't think of any questions to ask.
