It has been working out really well for me and they have been good.

The local agent was very responsive. The county that our house is in requires an alarm license and the other county down the street does not, so there was some mix-up initially. I called the National Line and I wasn't contacted when I was supposed to be. However, their local agent was extremely helpful and sent something out the same day. I have nothing bad to say about the company. So far, it's been good.

Overall, I was pleased with the service. Cameron is a bit chatty overall, but I would still rate the company highly.

We've got superb service. Nothing just stands out but so far so good. They're very professional and gave us details on part of installing it.

It was awful. They were terrible. Everything about it is not to my liking. The salesman came in and sold us a package that they could not install. The installer came and installed the system that had to be repaired. Now that everything's in, they've got the billing all messed up. They're charging us for the equipment that we didn't receive. They promised one thing but they delivered something else. They repaired the installation but we still didn't get the system that we had intended to buy because they couldn't install the components that we had ordered. We still don't have our billing straightened out. We're waiting to get it straightened out. We had wanted cameras in the house and they wanted to run electrical cords from the cameras down to our wall plugs. I told them that the salesman told me that it would be rewired through the attic and not down the wall. From the wireless device, they could not receive the signal. It would have been too far. They couldn't mount them. They sent another installation crew out who installed it but they did a really poor job with the installation. We had to have someone come and repair the installation. The only thing that they have going for them and the only thing that worked the way they said it would work was the Iphone app. The Iphone app is actually a third party company. It worked great.

Tech (Brian) called 30 minutes before arrival. He was very polite and professional by informing me of all the services that he would provide in an hour or plus time. Great service.

Guardian sent a master technician who was very knowledgeable. I asked a few questions to make sure what I wanted was reasonable and effective very solid advise but now I know a little too much about his life (Very chatty).

Very knowledgeable sales person. I contacted 3 companies for estimates - ADT, Guardian, and Sentinel - on upgrading my old unmonitored hard wired system to wireless and starting monitoring. Guardian had the most knowledgeable sales person, who answered all my questions and walked around my home to look at my existing equipment and recommend new components. I replaced all window and door contacts on the main level of my home, and also replaced my glass break detector and fire alarm, and added a motion detector in the front hallway. The cost for the hardware was lower than the other 2 companies' estimates. The installer arrived about 15 mins late, but had called prior to the appt time to let me know he was running a bit behind. Installer was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He also took to the time prior to leaving to show me how to use the website I could use to help manage my system. I've had the system about a month now, and really love the smartphone and key fob capabilities. All in all, a great company - all interactions have been very professional, and the hardware price couldn't be beat.

Technician arrive while another service by Verizon was performed. He called and I gave him the okay to start. I arrived near the time he finished and he showed me how it worked.

Got a great deal on the upgrade, no charge for about $720 of work, with a 3-year monitoring contract at $45/month. Installer was on time and completed the needed upgrade quickly. We did have problems with a sensor, but their service personnel came out and repaired in quickly. Great customer service.
