Installer came to our home on time. Was organized, polite and explained how to use system clearly and was very patient.

First original appointment was suppose to be end of May. They made 6-3 then, salesmen said giving me remotes. No remotes were included and no window sensors?? I find that ODO had Guardian in prior home.

Went very well, George was very professional, through, and did a great job showing me how to use the system.

The customer service was really great. I actually had a situation with the salesman that was not a pleasant one. He basically sold some things to us and when they came to install the system, things didn't match up with what he told us we were going to get. It took a lot of calls from me to their customer service department complaining to get what we were promised. As a company, their customer service handled it very well because they made good on their promises. They made sure that we received what we were sold eventually. They are a good company. You need to get everything in writing and be very clear about what was sold to you. The only way I got everything that was promised was because I was very clear in the contract. They did very well as a company overall and they were very helpful. I stopped working with the salesman and called customer service. The gentleman I talked to was on it right away and called the branch office immediately and said that it was not okay. We did a lot of shopping and for what we got, they are right there with other companies. Everyone besides that salesman was wonderful.

If you leave the house, and the door is opened without the reset pin put in, it deactivates, and the police are called. They also did wiring and installation of speakers which come with the system, and they just bundled up the wires which came out at one place in the wall, and they didn't finish the job, so we just had connection sticking out. It was a big mess. I haven't confronted them about it, because I have a friend who knows about speaker wiring.

Chuck did a great job. He was clean, friendly, and courteous. He came during the given time period and stayed until the job was perfect. He was very helpful with getting me to understand the system.

We have had very good experience. They charge a monthly fee, and an installation fee. I read a lot of reviews, and another company installs cheaper systems, and have cheaper monthly rates, but I read articles, and also heard from other people, is that you don't get the kind of service, and sometimes the system is not even sending out signals to the police station if someone would break in. That is why I went with them.
