He was professional, focused, and knowledgeable. He replaced the control panel and tested the system. The total cost was $25.00. What a great company to work with!

Matt was time and performed install of security system board. Checked each door, window and motion, glass alarm. Walked me thru system use and function including internet and phone apps. Didn't leave until he was sure. I could operate system efficiently.

It went great. I had no problems. I never had any company. They were originally charging $25 for the fee. Realizing that they're supposed to put wireless magnetic devices and they forgot to do it upstairs, they didn't charge me anything. The price was average. I have the advantage of the customer service. The price is good. The quality of the service is outstanding. They're there arriving when they said they would be. They're very courteous and very nice. They're very professional.

It was free. There's nothing to dislike. They are good at monitoring. If anything goes wrong, they give a call to let us know if there's something they detected or see if we need help. My interactions with them are excellent. The system has been great. They are great. They seem to be very competitive.

Everything went well. There have been no issues so far. They were pretty quick to resolve the problem. It took them a couple of days to get out here.

We have been customers of Guardian for like 10 years. We did not have to pay installation fee. You can control it from your mobile device like your iPad and phone. We have the remote with it also and my wife uses it all the time like by our bed when she feels that there is a use for the panic button or just to arm or disarm it when somebody is coming. The real convenience is that I was in Colorado last year and we had to have a service tech come to our house for the furnace and stuff and I was able to do everything in Colorado Springs right from my phone. I knew when he was coming. He told me he was in the driveway. I unlocked the door and set the alarm off. He went in and did his business. He called me and told me he was done and I was able to lock it after him being 1,500 miles away from my home. I knew everything that was going on at the time. I would highly recommend them to anybody. There is cheaper out there, but you get what you pay for.

Showed up early, installed control box, set up system, showed us how the system works, and how to program.

The guy was punctual. He performed his work efficiently. Once completed, he explained how the system worked & what we needed to do to operate.

Dan was professional, friendly, knowledgeable walked me through start to finish. Cleaned up when he was done.

I pay $128 quarterly. I feel very neutral to them. I was away for an extended period of time and the electricity went out. They don't call you for that kind of stuff and my sump pump. I ended up getting an email. For non-urgent issues they don't call you, they send you an email. I was not home to get the email, I was overseas, so it was a problem. Other than that they are fine, but that is the only reason I use them.
