They were contracted with the home builders so we didn’t really have choice. We still use them for our alarm system and I believe we own the equipment. They've been ok.

I've been using them for about a year, and everything is going well. They've been courteous and professional on the phone, and they've been responsive to any issues I might have.

Everything has been fine. The installation was also fine and the technician was very helpful. When I called after, they answered all my questions.

The system works! We had to choose this company because of the home builder but we have been using the system for about one year and we own the equipment. There was a miscommunication with some cords they left. They were not labeled and we are not sure what to do with them.

Not one thing has been right since they installed it and half a dozen people have been out. Not one has been able to make it work. They indicated they believed it was fixed each time and it still didn’t work. I have asked them to come out and remove the cameras and to keep the basic service.

I’ve had a lot of problems with the sound system. The remote isn’t working. They’ve been out a few times to look at the system. It took about five days for them to come and look at the system. Both technicians who have come out have programmed the remote differently. The trips have been covered under warranty. They’ve been fairly punctual. I feel the system I went with is more complicated than it should be.

Their costs are reasonable, about $35/month for the wireless. They have been good as far as service. When we signed the last contract, they changed something in the fine print though that I didn't realize. The contract was for 5 years instead of 3 years.

I haven't had any need to call them, but everything has been going well. The system is running just fine, too.

One of my sensors is currently out. They were scheduled for the warranty work the other day and did not show up. I have them re-scheduled for Wednesday so we'll see.

They are good. They are very thorough. We are able to remotely disarm and alarm our home if we forget when leaving. If any window or door is touch, we're notified via email. We also have a dog so you can set it to alarm-stay or alarm-away.

We are happy with Guardian. We don't have any complaints. They are pretty good with checking in with us. They have a speaker system where they are able to contact us which is nice in the event that we can't get to the alarm. They act quickly!

I feel as though I have to call them often for equipment issues such as sensor problems and chirping sounds at various times during the day. However, the company is responsive, and I'm happy with the customer service.

They are fine! Back when I lived in an apartment, they had quick response times. Anytime we accidentally set off the alarm, they called us instantaneously to see if everything was alright. I feel the pricing is fair and I did my research. The prices vary depending on how much service you want. One time were overcharged through the automatic payment because it only paid a certain amount so we ended up getting a collections notice. That has all has been taken care and it hasn't happened again since.
