They would not honor the contract until there was a filing with the BBB. I am wanting to terminate the contract but I am still being charged even though we do not use the service.

Service with them is fine. I wasn’t completely impressed with the customer service of their salesman, Jeff. There was also a lot of miscommunication between the installers and the builders. There was issue with speaker placement in the great room and Guardian came back out to handle this.

I regret switching to them. My equipment continually fails. They come every few months to fix the equipment.

I’m having trouble with my bracelet. I’ve gone through two of them so I just don’t wear it. I had to try and get it undone to get it off my wrist and I accidently took the cover to the alarm off. My wife wears the bracelet too. They are responsive to the alarm system. We once opened the front door and forgot to turn the alarm off and they contacted us right away. Their pricing is about normal and they are very efficient.

They're doing a good job with respect to the home security service, but their internet service is lacking. The router and the wireless access panel that they installed are malfunctioning which means we have sluggish and intermittent connectivity. When I call them about issues, it's difficult to communicate because the person on the phone lacks technical knowledge. However, they are courteous and professional.
