Both time went extremely well, very professional, very polite. They cleaned up any mess and explained everything very clearly and answered all our questions. Everything works great and looks great. The monthly cost seems to be average in comparable cost.

I've been using their service for about a year, and everything is going well. They're very polite and courteous, they respond quickly whenever I have issues, and the system is running just fine.
Description of Work: They installed my security system and continue to monitor it. They installed a couple of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors as well.

We contacted the company and the sales agent was extremely responsive and came out to our home to discuss all options for a complete security system. Very professional and ready to help! I would rate overall a great experience and satisfied, however please note that getting hooked up can be a bit costly initially (around $500, but we did add on the smoke alarm option for safety purposes). The monthly cost we pay ongoing is $45, which is competitive and their customer service and follow through is top notch so worth every penny! Definitely recommend.

Most recently, the communication between the system and monitoring service was cutting out and they tried to fix this over the phone. They ended up sending someone out who moved a cellular communication box to the attic to improve the connection. Sending someone out took over a week, which was inconvenient as the indicator beep was going off and the alarm couldn't be activated. The installation went well. While the price seemed high, the salesperson was very personable and checked on the installation. Communication was OK and they did walk through the operation of the system; this was typical.
Description of Work: They installed an alarm system for us. In part, they tied into the hardwiring of an existing system and made other aspects wireless.

They will call periodically to let us know they will be testing the system. Communication with them is fine. They send out emails frequently, which is good. The installation was very good and when I have called them they have answered immediately and answered my questions.

It has been great! I was going to Florida and I was concerned about security and temperature control in my home in Indiana so I contacted Guardian. I have a house in Florida and I used them there as a result of the good results I had here in Indiana. I have used them about a year. You can disarm and arm the alarm remotely and it works really well. It's all very convenient. The service and equipment are both excellent! I'm glad I have it!
