I think they are a good company. Scheduling an appointment is pretty simple. The technician was great to work with and he did a good job. I would like for them to get a close circuit DVR cameras.

In signing contract, we did not realize contract was for 5 years. Had to negotiate with company after many calls to get 3 year contract. Our desire was 2 years.

Guardian representatives came to my home, assessed my security needs, and suggested alternative services. They even showed me a video to explain things. They were polite , friendly and professional. An appointment was scheduled for installation, but they called me sooner when an appointment was cancelled. The installer was very professional and explained how it was operated. Later, when one of my motion detectors loosened on the wall, they came out within a few days to repair it. When I accidentally set off the alarm system, they responded promptly from the call box and on the telephone. I am very satisfied with their services.

I’d recommend Guardian. They're quite good. I like that they have voice to voice contact and their service is very prompt. It's a first cell service which is important to me. Whenever I call in for service I get a very good, prompt response. There was a billing issue at the beginning but it was resolved quickly. However, they don't offer up to date things like garage monitoring so I'll probably be switching when my contract is up.

The customer service rep was very responsive, knowledgeable, and helped me out quickly. We had a couple of false alarms in the house, and they called us immediately -- in both incidences, they've been extremely responsive.

I got them through Angie's List. When I got the alarm system, it came with Guardian. I didn't want ADT, and this system was the most up to date. It's a great system as far as me knowing what's going on at home. The system really works!

Their price is reasonable. We initially went with them because our neighbors were going with them. They also had a special. The service has been good. If we ever have a problem, they come right out. They're very responsive. The only scary thing is that we have an elderly parent living with us who may open the door and the alarm will go off; we have to punch the numbers into the pad. We always have a fear that the police will be pulling up. They're good but maybe their response time might be a little faster. We did have a negative interaction with someone who responded through the alarm box. I complained and they were responsive and apologetic.

The system the installed two years ago. Everything has been going great! When I have accidentally set off the alarm, they are very responsive and contact me right away.
