Install took almost a day. Installer was nice, however, appeared to be rushed. Rather than helping me identify the optimal security solution he appeared to be more interested in slapping the equipment in and getting out. After leaving, the system would not work. Called the 1800 number to fix the solution. Was told the best they could do was send out another installer in a few days. After spending a significant amount of money for the install, signing a 60 month contract and taking the day off of work to get the system installed I am seriously starting to regret my decision to use this company. It appears now I will have to go through the process all over again.

We have been pleased with the monthly service. We haven't had any problems and feel safe. The alarm has gone off a couple times accidentally and they are quick to respond.

After moving and having the service relocated to our new home, we received three calls in June, July, and September off 2014 that were robocalls informing us that they did not receive a "test signal". Upon listening to the call, my thoughts were - if they don't receive a test signal, how do I know when they receive an alarm signal? I would call and they would have me perform a test signal directly from the control panel. They never addressed my concern mentioned above. Twice in December and once in January after arming our system, we received a message stating - unable to confirm alarm activated. After long consideration I decided to request a release from contract and based on the initial contract expected to pay a $750.00 termination fee. Upon calling, I was informed that there was no termination clause or fee and I was responsible for the entire value of the contract. When we moved, the contract had been "re-written" to exclude any early termination agreement. That fact was never fully explained or pointed out to me. I find that practice to be extremely deceitful and illustrates a very unprofessional method of doing business. Please be very, very careful if you choose this company as there are so many better choices.

Bob is very personable. He made the experience awesome. He was very informative on how the new system works and told us about other services. Guardian offers that we will look into in the near future.
