I have been using Guardian for home monitoring for 9 years. Recently, they cancelled my automatic bill pay unbeknownst to me. I then got a call saying I was overdue, I paid those charges. 3 weeks later, I received a call saying I was still overdue. After some back and forth on why I was withdrawn from automatic payment and on how there were additional amounts overdue despite my payment 3 weeks earlier, I was told those overdue charges were waived. I then received a collections letter and call looking for the waived amount. In addition, I was told Guardian was sending my mail to my old home address. Odd, when I first moved, my mail was coming to the correct address, but 8 months later, it was sent to a home I had sold. If Guardian's record keeping is so flawed, I can only wonder how well it's monitoring my home. As soon as my contract is up, I am switching companies. Do not use Guardian.
