Description of Work: Inquired at home show. Impressed with Fran and their system - had ADT for over 15 years prior and would cost more to upgrade ADT then start new with Guardian. Impressed so much with service at my office that I switched to Guardian (from Brinks) at home too.

Description of Work: We hired Guardian to install a security system for our house. They were very professional and explained all of our various options. The monthly fee is reasonable also. They were even recommended by a local police officer, which is the main reason we decided on this company. We have had the system installed for a little less than a year and have had no problems.

Description of Work: Once my burglar alarm system was installed, Guardian Protection stays in touch to make certain the system is woking like clockwork. They ask patrons to test the alarm at least every few months. If you fail to do this, they contact you. I have mistakenly set off the alarm by opening a door when the alarm is set. When that has happened, once even at 4:00 a.m., Guardian was not asleep but right on task!
