Description of Work: We are not at all dissatisfied with the service. However, after the initial 'grace period' the charge per month went to $49.95. We know other services offer the same protection at lower costs, but Guardian will not consider lowering our monthly cost until we are within two years of finishing our five year contract.

Description of Work: Sales rep explained the service and I signed the contract on Mar 24,2014. Installation of equipment on Apr 2. System is monitored daily. Early on I accidentally triggered the alarm, and the provider was immediately in contact with me. When I called the office with questions about the equipment, the consultant was very courteous and informative. Promotional cost of installation was $199 plus extra charge for smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. Monthly charge is $45.00. I am very satisfied with the equipment and the ongoing service. I believe the cost is competitive with other similar services.

Description of Work: They put in a window and door security system and a sensor system. Salesman was great and he didn't try to sell us units for windows that didn't need them. Installation was late and we had to be out of the house by a certain time. It was not the installer's fault. He had run into problems at the previous home. I feel the salesmen ought to evaluate if the job might take longer than usual. Fortunately, mine was an easy install and we were able to leave home on time with an excellent job having been done.
