Description of Work: I am a property manager and have over 40 systems with Guardian. Dave Apodaca is a wonderful sales guy and I would highly recommend him and the Guardian systems in general. I can monitor and manage my systems from my phone or website and my tenants love having these systems in their homes.

Description of Work: Guardian was very responsive when I inquired about a system. The salesman, Maurice, who came out did a great job of explaining the offering. The paperwork submission process was easy and Maurice was very helpful when there was some confusion about the terms. The system was installed on schedule and seems to be working properly. I just got a follow-up call today checking on how everything is going and reminding me to do a monthly test, which is also great. I am very happy so far.
