Description of Work: The technician was very cordial and installed the alarm system as well as a key lock service (allowing exterior code and lock/unlock ability.) only problem was he could not get existing key to 'learn' the system. Need to have a 'quick set lock' system for that.) Was an extra charge for this added service, but worth it for me. Also received a medical alert bracelet/necklace to use as I live alone. Did some research and they have very good customer service ratings, as compared to some of the competition! Service is actually out of Fredericksburg, VA

Description of Work: The Guardian Protection Services was the contractor with my home builder Fischer Homes and I have to go through them for Home Security and in-ceiling speaker installation. The speaker were not exactly fitted exactly where I wanted them to install and no insulation was put around the speakers and because of this on the upper floor the sound from the speakers can be heard loud and very disturbing. Never go with this service provided either for security or any entertainment installation.
