Description of Work: We recently purchased a new Ryan Home, and we had to use guardian for our audio video. When we first sat down with them to go over our selection, their prices were outrageous. They want $565 to wire in ceiling speakers. That is just for wire!! if you go and buy the wire yourself it would cost less than $50, and you will get a better quality. So when we brought it up to one of their General Managers he was a total jerk. He told us that if we didn't like their prices that we didn't need to buy a Ryan Home. If we could have recovered our down payment i may have just walked away from the whole deal. | |This is just one example we actually have a few more. They do "OK" work, but not worth what they expect you to pay. | |Ryan Homes is not doing their selves any favors teaming up with Guardian.
