Description of Work: The original sales rep who came to our house to get our account was great. The gentlemen who installed all of our monitoring equipment was fantastic, too! We love the service, especially since we have children and if there was ever an emergency, they can speak to a real person through our monitor hub! Realized a few weeks ago that we don't have to worry about sleeping through a Tornado Warning since our Hub will alert us of that too! Nothing but good things to say about them! :)

Description of Work: First, just to get them here without waiting 20 days I had to threaten to fire them. This was not the first time I had had trouble getting them to show up in less than 5 days. They didn't seem to realize that we were not secure if things weren't working properly. Second, when they finally did fix everything (so they thought) my phone service was kicking everyone off so I received no phone calls because they forgot to check certain boxes in the system and double check to be sure it was all working properly. They kept waiving their "fee" because of all the trouble I was having, so that was nice and they did give me 2 free months of service. | I would not recommend them personally.

Description of Work: The cost of service is the monthly cost. I have been a customer of Guardian for more than 8 years and about a year ago, I contacted them to upgrade my system to include a wireless connection to the service center. The technician came to my house within a week, installed the wireless radio link, and spent more than an hour instructing us on how to use the new system which included access to the system in my house from my smartphone. I am a satisfied customer and Guardian has been both a responsive and reliable service.
