Description of Work: Guardian is a good reliable company. They do try to oversell you extra equipment. If you want the better looking control pads, you will pay more a month. The service technician was excellent and very knowledgable.

Description of Work: Had to call them after I forgot the alarm was on and didn't know how to reset it back! Company representatives are always professional and helpful on the phone. They never have raised their rates since I have them in 3yrs!

Description of Work: They are the most deceitful, unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. The Better Business Bureau displays nearly 300 complaints for this company and I found out the hard way exactly why. They will provide equipment that doesn't work, they will extend control by use of deceit and they have no regard or concern if the equipment does not work properly. How they continue to operate is beyond me

Each customer has three days after signing the initial contract to consider it, ask any questions, and cancel it with no obligation. After the three-day period, Guardian expends resources to fulfill its obligations and to provide all promised services.
