Description of Work: This company was at the home and garden show. I was with cincinnati bell and the salesman said all my current equipment would work with their system, not true. Every time you call with a problem because their equipment failed (within the first year), they wanted a service call fee. will be changing when the 5 year contract expires

Description of Work: We have a security system contract with Guardian. We haven't really had to use a specific service, but our most recent contact was to notify them that we would be changing our smoke alarm batteries, so the alarm would be sounding periodically during that process. They temporarily turned off the notification and turned it back on in a timely manner.

Description of Work: Moved into a new home and needed to get service transferred. I requested information emailed to me regarding package options (possibly adding cameras, different levels of monitoring, etc), either via email or an emailed link to the info online (she cautioned me re: looking online as there are different costs for new customers vs current customers) - customer service rep was more interested in setting me up for fire alarm monitoring ("How would you know if your house caught on fire if you weren't home?"). |24 hours later, I still do not have the paperwork to e-sign to transfer to my new home, nor have I received the email with package options (or a link to the info on line). |I have had guardian for 7 years now in my home, and have been pleased with the system, just not customer service.

Description of Work: he company / service has been great! My husband accidentally entered the panic number one night (while 1/2 asleep). Guardian sent the police out in a timely manner. Grand daughter hadn't learned how to turn off the alarm --- and Guardian contacted both the police and myself. I feel I can leave the house and be assured that all will be fine and that appropriate action will be taken if needed!!
