THE SALESMAN WAS EXCELLENT IN HELPING ME DETERMINE WHAT FEATURES I NEEDED IN MY HOME. THE INSTALLER WAS WORRIED THAT HE MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO PERFORM THE REQUIRED INSTALLATION AND SUGGESTED A POSSIBLE ALTERNATIVE TO STILL HELP ME HAVE A QUALITY INSTALLATION AND PRODUCT. WHEN THE INSTALLER CALLED THE SALESMAN TO GET APPROVAL FOR THE CHANGE, THE SALESMAN REMINDED US OF WHY I PICKED THE FEATURE I DID AND I REALIZED THE SALESMAN WAS RIGHT AND I DID NOT WANT TO CHANGE MY FEATURES. THE INSTALLER WAS HAPPY TO OBLIGE AND DID FIND A WAY TO VERY DISCREETLY MAKE THE INSTALLATION SO I HAD A TOP NOTCH SYSTEM WITH MINIMAL INTRUSION TO THE HOME. I''M THOROUGHLY PLEASED WITH THE SALESMAN AND THE INSTALLER. THEY WERE BOTH GREAT TO WORK WITH AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.

PRICE INCLUDES 2 DOORS, MOTION DETECTOR, KEYPAD, CONTROL PANEL WITH SIREN ($79), AAA DISCOUNT INCLUDED 2 CONTACTS (WE CHOSE 1 DOOR AND 1 WINDOW) AND A KEY FOB (QUICK ON/OFF) HEAT SENSOR ($95), SMOKE DETECTOR ($150) ADDITIONAL HEAT SENSOR IN ATTIC ($80). THERE WERE DIFFERENCES IN WHAT THE ORIGINAL SALESMAN SAID ON THE PHONE AND INSTALLER WOULD SAY. THEY WORKED TOGETHER TO GET EVERYTHING ON TRACK. INSTALLER WAS VERY GOOD. I HAVE AN OLD HOUSE AND IT IS MORE DIFFICULT TO ACCESS. CLEAN UP WAS ALMOST PERFECT. AFTER THE INSTALLER LEFT, I HAD A QUESTION AND CALLED THE SALESMAN AND HE GOT RIGHT BACK TO ME. FOR THE FIRST 3 DAYS I DID NOT HAVE THE TIME TO SET UP THE SYSTEM. ONCE I DID, I SET IT UP AND WENT OUTSIDE AND NOTICED THAT THE SYSTEM KEPT BEEPING. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE PERSON STAYED ON THE PHONE AND DID A TEST WHILE I WENT OUTSIDE. ONCE THE TEST WAS DONE CAME BACK IN AND WAS STILL WAITING. DOUBLE AND TRIPLE CHECK WITH ANY COMPANY TO BE SURE YOU HAVE ALL DETAILS.
