They were extremely professional from beginning to end. They guarantee their product and service. They were very responsive when we had concerns with the equipment.

I compared 8 different alarm companies with "A" ratings on Angie's List. I was very impressed with this company and arranged for an in home assessment. Kirk arrived timely, but the conversation was awkward and pushy. He wasn't interested in seeing the house and when I asked about areas he thought were vulnerable he replied with a sarcastic response. Other people have posted great experiences about him so I expected someone knowledgeable with great interpersonal skills. While knowledgeable, I was disappointed. When I explained that I had another consultation lined up, he offered to "throw in" a smoke detector he was previously very willing to charge me over $100 for, IF I signed up at that time. I personally don't appreciate pressure sales tactics and don't think they are necessary. I went with another company of comparable quality simply because of the saleperson's approach.

The sales representative, Kirk Booher, was thorough in explanation of existing system and choices of additional accessories to help update the system for the current needs of my family. The technicians were friendly and hardworking. In order to install a new keypad in our bedroom, it was necessary to complete a complicated wiring setup. This was done with great expertise. The system testing was thorough. Guardian has already been very responsive to questions via phone and email.

Very well. On time and professional. Price for the system is great. This is the second home Guardian has installed an alarm system in and we could not be more pleased.

I am an Angie's List member so they gave me 9 months free service. I haven't had to deal with them very much. They came out a week earlier than planned to set up the system. The guy was here over an hour setting things up. Their prices are about the same as everyone else.

Kirk is a very easy going guy who lets his product speak for itself. He informed me of the new technology that came available since our old system was installed, then let us decide how much upgrading we wanted. We had to wait a few weeks for a couple of new replacement windows and doors to be installed, before we had the tech come to install the new security hardware. When he came, he was on time and professional. He didn't seem to mind that he had to work longer than he expected, since our home is so large. When doing the installation, he suggested we install the motion sensors. We felt it was a bit redundant, but went ahead with his suggestion. We did have to have him come back to the house, when we realized that the security contacts on the new windows was placed on a spot where the screens need to sit. When I told Kirk of the problem, he responded immediately. He came across as sincerely wanted to make it right and did not charge for the additional service call. The technician came out again. The only way to correct the problem was to bypass the window from the perimeter system. So now, we are very glad we agreed to have the motion sensors intalled.

Their service is very good. They are very reliable and responsive. Everything that they said they were going to do, they did.

The customer service is excellent, and it is always a pleasure dealing with them. When I set off the alarm accidentally, they respond quickly. When I moved into my home, I had a Guardian technician consult on how to upgrade my system. He told me how to put the house virtually on lockdown with a minimal amount of equipment; he did not try to sell me anything I didn't need.

The Sales person was prompt and explained all the different schemes. We got the security system installed in less than a week. We have been using them for more than 3 months and we are very happy with their customer service. We usually get a call within 5 min in case there is a false alarm.

I have been very happy with them. I have had a couple of incidents, wherein the alarm had set off and they were really on the spot. The wind blew a window and they responded really fast. This happened a few days ago. I had my switches installed by a different company. Guardian Protection Services just had to install the control panel. They did the work efficiently and on time. I was very pleased with the installers as well as the service provided. I’ll definitely hire them again in the future.

They came out once to correct a problem. Everything has been working well since then. The pricing was reasonable for the service provided.

Kirk set excellent expectations with us. Actually, we asked for a quick turn around and Kirk & Guardian delivered. We were going out of town soon and Guardian completed the installation and activation prior to our trip. Finally, we have had the service for about six months and anytime we call customer service they are responsive & professional. We are pleased with the Guardian Protection Service and recommend them highly.

Kirk Booher was great and responsive. Kirk helped us in deciding what we needed. Kirk didn't oversell and didn't sell us anything we didn't need, which is very much appreciated. System seems to be working great. No false alarms, yet... Only a couple complaints: I was not home when the system was being installed, but when I came home that evening that I noticed debris where different components were installed. My wife stated that the installation tech ask her if she would clean up behind him, because he was in a hurry and needed to be somewhere else later that day. I got a courtesy call from Guardian Customer Service this evening and I asked about the distress code that Kirk mentioned when we were deciding on the System. Guardian Customer Service stated that should have been done by the installation tech during the install. I asked my wife if this was done, she said no. So now if I want that feature, I'm probably going to have to figure that out myself...

Work was completed on time and system worked properly from the get go. Salesman was great in explaining the various features and was honest in selling me what best fit my needs in the present as well in the future. Would have prefered not to clean-up wire debry left behind and covers to the outlets were left randomly laying around the home instead of removed or placed in one area. However, installation was a success and that was the important task.

I called and Kirk came out the very same day. We talked about security systems from top to bottom. He spent about 2 hours with me. The installer came out as planned and all went very well. The system is working great and I really feel at peace with the system.

Mr. Kirk Booher, met with me during an evening appointment, stayed until all of my questions were answered. Also met with me during a weekend.

They are great. They came out and gave me a good quote. The price included the installation and the monitors, etc... I have not had any problems with them. I give them all A's across the board.

Kirk was very responsive and professional. Great communications, highly informative and knowledgeable. He impressed my wife who was sceptical and hesitant about signing up for alarm services. She was the on who said, sign us up even though she had stated up front that we were simply taking bids. The installation went well. There was a problem setting up a ViOP monitoring link that was unforseen. This was a basic incompatiblity issue between the ViOP system and the alarm system. We ended up with a cellular link instead at a slightly reduced price for monthly monitoring. Communications between the installer and my wife & myself were quite good. Kirk returned on schedule to do a hands on demo of the system and answered all of our questions regarding operations and maintance. We feel that we will get good service and that we have made a quality purchase for services. All together I'd say Four Thumbs Up.

Well, I love the alarm...but the salesman that came out, insinuated that this package that I got would cover all downstairs windows. When looking over the contract when they were coming to installed, I did not see that windows were included....I did call the manager though and they did give me a discount on the windows...but still felt a little mislead, but like the alarm system overall.

We have set it off several times accidentally and they call immediately. They have a really good response and if they don?t get anyone they will send the police. They have good stickers and yard signs. The only negative thing, the installer drilled through our roof when he installed the fire alarm. He went from our kitchen ceiling, through our attic and the roof. It caused the roof to leak which then set the fire alarm to go off. We had to go into our basement and dismantle the fire alarm. They came out the next morning, right away and reinstalled the system and paid to have our roof patched. They were very sorry. We left for Florida a couple days after the system had been installed. They let you practice with the system for about a week and then you go live. We had just gone live and the day we left for Florida our house was broken into in the middle of the afternoon. The robbers tore out our electrical box, but luckily we have a battery back up to our alarm. They didn?t take anything as a result of our alarm. We will continue service with them.
