Installer did a very thorough job, clean & complete and walked us through operation.

Well, the install went fairly well, but afterwards something was always going wrong. Power would go off to the system, a error indicator would appear, the screen would be lit but blank, or would be blank and bright white. Not a week would go by without some difficulty. Usually the problem would resolve itself within 24 hours before I had a chance to go through the routine of calling in for service, but the latest issue of the bright white screen has remained. If it weren't for the wide variety of issues, I would try to set aside the time to go through the service calls, but due to the variety of issues, I don't see the point in continuing service if I am going to have a new issue each week, and these intermittent failures that keep cropping up and fixing themselves leave me concerned that one could occur when I actually need the system to work in the event of an emergency. Oh, and I get to pay a $750 termination fee for the privilege of cancelling an unreliable service. Maybe others have this service and have better luck with it, but I would not recommend taking a $750 gamble on this company.
