Kyle ( your technician ) showed me his badge and introduced himself ; I told him I couldn't get my phone line to work, ( also called Comcast and they were puzzled) so Kyle saw the problem, fixed it, and got everything working in about 5 minutes. Kyle also re-connected my intercom which Comcast unplugged. Kyle is as experienced, kind, and respectable. I recommend him highly!!! Professional!!
Description of Work: Kyle came in and he connected my phone and fax line which was not working.

Very easy. Representative spent a lot of time explaining why things are needed. Installation was great. System seems very easy to use. Exited to use it!
