 + -1 moreSoon our sink was draining well. I appreciated that the plumber who showed up was very careful not to soil our rugs or anything else. Very courteous and professional at all levels. I will definitely call on them again in the future if the need arises.
Description of Work: Bathroom drain was clogged. Our efforts to clear it failed. They came and identified the problem promptly.

 + 0 moreThe story is short and simple. They came the first day and made all of their measurments and needs, went to where they have their materials and were back the same day working. Within 3 days they were finished with everything replaced and working perfectly. They took care not to track dirt from the basement to other areasof the house, they never once went into a room that they did not have work in, and at any time if asked, they could tell you EXACTLY what had been done and what was left. They are VERY professional, dependable, and most of all HONEST!
Description of Work: Due to the pipes freezing the year before, every pipe, drain, and fixture was ruined. They completely replaced everything in 3 days and used far superior products than the others who quoted the job.

 + 0 moreWe have used them for several years now and have not one single complaint!
Description of Work: I had an apartment with a 3rd floor clog. I called Warren Webster and they were able to be there within an hour! Since the clog was far more that could be handled with a plunger or chemicals, they had to bring a mechanical snake up to clear the clog. The machine that he brought with him much have weighed in well over 60-70lbs. He carried it clear to the 3rd floor! He not only found and cleared the clog but found a problem that if left unattended would have cost us THOUSANDS of dollars. As he did not have the part to fix the problem with him, he scheduled to come back the next morning. Not only was he on time, he did NOT charge us for a second service call. Now I am in no way saying one should expect to get a free service call from them but it sure does show the fact that they are dedicated not only to their job but to the customer. They wiped down the entire area that they had been. Once they had finished and loaded all of their tools back in their van, they came back in and not only rechecked the area to make sure they did not leave a mess but rechecked the drains to make sure it was draining. Do hire them Do trust them They are great, hometown people that respect the people they work for and will give you an honest price for honest work!
