great...I provided the paint...a well done job..5 people on the job,work gets done quick,and it did...

No doubt he did get here the day he said he would. It was Mr. Geiger and his two sons. One boy was in his early teens and the other was younger. They removed the stuff I had on my porch as per contract (grill, 2 lawn chairs and a bistro set.) They broke the handle on my grill, which they did repair. Also I had some big rocks in a little garden I have at the edge of the porch that they just threw in my bushes. They said they would come back the next day to do some finishing work. I told them that I wanted the drill holes from the screws to look better instead of the hump and leftover material sitting on the surface. He brought his wife and the oldest boy to help him. He was going to scrape off the material and a contractor friend of mine was here and told him that wasn't the way it should be done because there would be a big gaping hole where every screw was. My friend showed him how to do it and Mr Geiger argued that it was wrong. Mr. Geiger proceeded to tell him to shut up because he didn't sign the contract and it escalated from there with Mr. Geiger using the "f" word and some other swear words. This should be unheard of as far as I'm concerned. I finally told him and his family to leave. Then he said that he would do it the way I wanted it.....well it finally ended up that it still looks about the same, but I gave him the rest of his money just to get him out of here. What good is the work if you can't make it look decent in the end? Would not recommend him EVER. Did the job in a timely manner, but the results weren't what I had hoped for.

Frank Geiger was able to give me an estimate during first inspection of the work needed done. He and crew showed up on time everyday. They were able to get everything done in the time they had said. I even added a chimney enclosure right before they were done, And it didn't throw them for a loop! They seemed happy to do it, even if it kept them on the job site longer then planned, and then only charged me cost and $15 to install it. They were all polite, worked all day, then cleaned up everything when done. Plus most importantly my roof no longer leaks! Thanks GEIGER CONSTRUCTION!
