Description of Work: Rick and his son performed the annual generator maintenance service. Rick also tweeked several internal generator electrical panal parts which were not working properly to get them working. He could have relpaced them and charged me for them but he didn't. He also adjusted two security lights requiring a ladder and didn't charge for that. I really like Rick. He's a stand-up guy and I would recommend his services to anyone.

+ -1 moreWe are still waiting for Rick to show up, long past his promised time.
Description of Work: Rick may be great at installing generators but, getting him to service them is a joke. We have been requesting service for three days and are faced with dealing with an answering service multiple times when we call the business number or a message machine when calling Rick directly. No phone calls are ever returned. When the phone is answered Rick promises to come out and then, does not show up. Our generator is in need of repair before an anticipated storm and it doesn't look like it will happen. We have a contract with him for service and it isn't being honored.

+ -1 moreHe is phenomenal and I cannot say enough about Rick and his work. His work is very professional and very clean.
Description of Work: He installed a whole house generator which will come on automatically after it realizes there has been a power failure and also a wireless monitor. We also have a maintenance plan that they come twice a year for $350.
