From first contact to present, Andy and the crew have been GREAT!!! All went like clockwork. They are very punctual and efficient. They arrived exactly on time and were finished with the project quicker than I expected. We now feel very confident that our basement will remain dry and mold-free. Anyone that is in need of this type of work...or anything that they offer...need look NO further---they are GREAT!!! Thanks Guys!!!

These guys are fantastic. From the first phone call, through the estimate on the spot (instead of waiting days or weeks for an estimate), to scheduling and completing the work. Every was professional, courteous and they know their business. There was no need for someone to monitor the work and make sure it was done. Every person on the crew knew their job and worked to get the best product. It was obvious the crew liked working together and they were positive and upbeat throughout the day. This is hard work to jack hammer concrete and carry it bucket load by bucket load up the steps and out of the house. .Then to carry the concrete and rock in those same buckets back down those stairs. I never heard a complaint, an argument or a cross word. I heard the guys laughing and enjoying their work. They took great care to ensure my house was cleaner than when they started. I wish that all contractors that I have had contact with so pleasant and easy to work with. As a home owner it is sometimes awkward to be there when the work is being done. Not with these guys. Ultimate professionals who know their business. I wish I had more work for them to do. I recommend this company to anyone who wants a great job done at a fair price and wants a crew that knows what they are doing to a man.

From the numerous "straight A" review descriptions, it was pretty obvious that these guys are good, so I used them with confidence and want to add a review of my own. The job was scheduled immediately, and Ross and Bernie showed up right on time. The other reviews said it all: they explained everything, answered all my stupid questions about various plumbing matters, worked efficiently, tested the system, and cleaned everything up nicely. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The owner, Ross, was the person who came out to give us an estimate. He was very professional. He explained exactly what was happening in our basement. I am in the pool business, so I have some idea about water problems. His explanation seemed very straight forward and accurate. He gave us 3 options. We chose the least expensive one. He scheduled our service for a day that worked for us. He personally came exactly on time the day of service with his crew. They did a great job, and cleaned up very nicely. Without asking, he reminded me that there was a $150 discount for Angie's list customers. I have waited to write this review until we had some good rains. My basement has remained dry for the first time in 25 years. Highly Recommended!

They were great! They went out of their way to give me an estimate. They spent a couple of hours on the phone with me on the weekend giving me all the info I need.

My wife and I had received written proposals from two well documented local business's recommended on Angie's List. Our home is a twin in Northeast Philly. Waterproofing is a specialty that neither my wife nor myself had any previous experience with, so this served as an educational opportunity for us. Our first quote was based on quality drainage materials and a single sump pump to expel the accumulated rainwater into the drain behind my house. Our quote was for 2 days work in the 3,500.00 price range. Our second quote was given by a representative with 2 months experience in the industry. He constantly kept in contact with his boss in hopes of getting help in closing the sale. As thorough as the investigation of the water damage was to my basement, several costly recommendations were made regarding a second pump (2,000.00), window wells and other enhancements. Their quote came in at 14,000.00+. Old school tactics were used; working AT the customer as opposed to WITH them. Since my wife handled the third proposal on her own, she new there may be the possibility of another contractor trying to get over because of her gender. We all know this happens. She called to tell me she signed the contract (not even a deposit was taken as security) and my wife said when I meet Ross, I'll understand her accepting approach. Ross showed up with his experienced crew (not common laborers, but knowledgeable workers) one half hour before he said he would arrive. He took a moment to explain everything in advance of beginning and with a hand shake, I'd known my wife made the correct decision. Our cost was 4,860.00. Our walls were opened with the forethought of what it would take to repair when the cement on the flor had thoroughly hardened (about 2 weeks). Everything was completed within one day! The damaged walls, floor tiles, rotted wood and stone and sand were cleaned as though they were never there. Our sump pump has a lifetime warranty that is transferable when the house is sold. Since Ross is a Master Plumber as well, he'll be back for my bathroom work in the future. I can't say enough good things about our experience. All involved were accommodating, polite, very dependable, reasonably priced; a very professional outfit that will come highly recommended in need of such services.

They are in the area. They do a great job and answered my call when I thought something was wrong with my system. They did not want to listen to anything that I had to say. They just wanted to sell me stuff. The project manager came out and started digging. They found the flower beds were where they met with the foundation. They did catch it on a very rainy day. It turned out to be the flower beds and not that I needed a new system. They did a good job and were very thorough. They were very responsive when I called them.

Not only did Andy continue to work with me into the wee hours of the night via email, he was able to meet my realtor onsite, spend a quality amount of time going over the problem in the wet basement, reviewing my options and getting me the quote the next day. There was hesitation on the sellers part to do the repair, but they finally agreed and Andy was out and got the job done. Not only did he fix the basement, he identified another area of concern and re mediated it for me. He was knowledgeable, polite, and his work is pristine. I work in the construction industry, and I'm used to dealing with subcontractors. They all could take a page out of Paradigm's school book. I highly recommend them, and would urge anyone that needs their basement addressed, or any other service they offer to use them.

Just outstanding, incredibly responsive, courteous, they showed up exactly when they said they would, contact prior to service was easy and responsive. All associates and owners were extremely pleasant and receptive to my needs, the work they did and the materials used were of the highest quality and the pricing was VERY reasonable..They worked quickly and VERY clean all the while checking to make sure everything they were doing was exactly what I wanted done. All is said and done, I couldn't have asked for a better experience, if I ever need anything done in their area of expertise I they would be the first people I called. Best compliment I could give them is that i would recommend them to my Mother :)

He stayed on the phone with me for 1/2 hour offering advice and other suggestions as to what I could do. He helped me to understand what I needed to look for. He was very knowledgable and he explained everything to me. He answered all of my questions.

I moved into my house over the summer and it wasn't until this past winter that I noticed water seeping into my basement as the snow melted. The owner came out to my property was very helpful. He was very good at explaining a lot of the technical details for me so I could understand exactly what was going on and how they could fix it. I got another estimate before making my final decision. I decided to go with this company because they seemed to be much more qualified and the price that I was quoted was reasonable. As far as the installation itself, the crew did a great job. They were able to control the concrete dust better than I expected. Overall, I am pleased with the work I received from this company. We have had some heavy rain since the installation and I have yet to see any water come in. I am very happy with the work and would definitely recommend Paradigm.

We contacted Paradigm through a referral from a neighbor. I almost always hire contractors based on referrals whenever possible. My neighbors had some minor but persistent dampness and mold issues in their basement, and they said Paradigm took care of the issue when two other companies could not. That was good enough for me. Our basement issue was similar, but probably significantly worse. The Paradigm owner (Andy) showed up with their plumber to scope out the situation. They spent a lot of time just looking around and taking notes and pointing things out to me. All of this before they even knew if I was going to hire them. Their estimate was reasonable to me when I compared it to what my neighbors spent. So, it was what I was expecting. They left without pressuring me at all. That kind of surprised me since I wanted time to think about it, and I hate being pressured on the spot. I didn't get back to them right away, and surprisingly, they didn't pressure me afterwards either. Once I contacted them to let them know I wanted to move forward, they quickly scheduled the job. They ended up installing a french drain, a sump pump, and performed mold remediation. I work from home mostly, and so I was around during the entire project. They were clean, courteous, and quiet the whole time. When they were done, the owner spent a good deal of time with me going over everything they had done and making sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. Of course, none of this really matter unless I could be sure that their work solved the problem. I purposely waited to write this review until after we had some good heavy rains. And so we have, and I can report that my basement remains completely dry!

We are expecting our first baby in July. We were horrified when we noticed mold and dampness in our basement. Andy came out to our house right away. He was knowledgeable and friendly and we trusted him right off the bat. The job was completed in one day. The guys were professional and left our basement in perfect condition. It has been a very wet winter and we haven't seen any water and the smell of mildew is gone. We cant wait to have the guys come back and finish the basement after the baby is born.

The work was performed on April 11th and that was a really good thing!! On April 15th, we had lots of rain....lots. I went down into my basement, expecting what I've been use to seeing for the past 15 years and I had to pinch myself. No water, not a drop. I love my basement again. The guys were great, they even moved some heavier things out of the way for me. The work was done in a full day. Drains installed, pumps too. An air machine was running and that kept the dust and debris to a bare minimum. My basement was cleaner then when they started. I'm usually very concerned about referring a contractor but I had a neighbor stop by and see for herself how dry my basement is, and she'll be calling Paradigm to fix her basement too.

The Job went GREAT!! I was extremely happy with their crew. The guys were courteous and extremely polite. When my wife had to put our child down to nap, the guys offered to move on to a more quieter part of the installation. I was very impressed by that. The crew took every precaution to keep my house clean and to my surprise, kept the house clean during the entire job. I was very surprised that both Owners were here, working the entire time. That was something I never expected. That gave me a feeling of comfort I didn't expect to have. Keep up the great work! In addition, one of the owners is a Master Plumber. I was able to have a wash sink installed at a price better than what I was quoted by another Plumber. I was ale to have the sink installed at the same time the waterproofing system was installed. I would HIGHLY recommend Paradigm Home Solutions and will be using them as my regular Plumbing company too. Definite "Page of Happiness" report. (I couldn't find that option on the report page)

He comes on time and his prices are reasonable. He is flexible. He is nice and I would recommend him to anyone.

It amazed me how quickly he was able to do it, he was able to make the necessary repairs and remove all of the debris. When he was finished it looked like no one had been there. He had a big opportunity to take advantage of me and he did not. When checking with other companies for quotes his was approximately 25% less.

Ryan called me the same day I requested service, came to my home the next day at 10 AM, quickly and precisely diagnosed the problems, and efficiently repaired them. He is knowledgeable and experienced, pleasant to visit with, and his pricing was very reasonable.
