Phil was very prompt and professional. We had a variety of issues I wanted looked at and resolved, and he priced each out and made sure I consented to each one before he began. 2 issues were resolved that day, and the 3rd was resolved quickly after the part was available. Overall I was very happy with Phil's professionalism, competency in diagnosing and fixing the issue, and transparency in billing and the work that was being done. Will definitely use Phil again if the need arises.

It went very well. Phil came out as soon as I called and checked out the pouring hot water coming out of my faucet. He then checked for the water box outside and could not find. He had to go to his scheduled job and told me he would be back in the afternoon. . Phil did return as promised and was able to find the box (which was hidden under grass and dirt). Upon finding the box, it was cracked and needed to be replaced. At this time I thought he was going to tell me he would need to re-schedule this. No, instead Phil and Steve did all that was promised right then and there. They were at my home for several hours and completed this job. I would highly recommend Phil and Steve, they were professional and very pleasant. I am now waiting for Phil to give me an estimate for the two pipes in my crawl space that have some damage. I will continue to use Phil as by plumber and believe him to be excellent at his work and honest.

It went very well. Phil did the work when he said he would, and did it professionally and well. Everything is working well, and he provided me with an Angie's List discount. I was having problems with the 2nd floor bathroom toilet at my home. I decided to call Phil's Parkinson Plumbing, based on reviews. I didn't call until the afternoon, Phil said he was on a job site, but gladly would stop later in the day, which I appreciated. He called when he was on his way and when he looked at the toilet, he explained the problem, and that he had the parts on his truck to make the repair. I decided to have a brand new toilet installed, and he said he didn't feel it was necessary, which I thought was honest. My decision was simply based that the toilet was 13 years old, and I had problems previously. He explained his schedule for the next day and we set a time. The next day, he arrived with a worker (Steve), and they installed the new toilet. Phil was very professional and has good communication skills. Both men were courteous and very personable, and look you in the eye when they talk to you. That is important to me.

He came the day I called and completed the work that evening around 6:30pm, and was pleasant. I paid with credit card, however after he left I remembered the 10% members coupon. I called the next day about the 10% members coupon. He was not pleasant, however he said, if he could, he would credit my count, if not he would send a check. It has been two weeks since the work was done, and I have not received a credit on my credit card, nor have I received a check. I was disappointed as I took him at his word.

This was the first time that I used Phil and his brother Steve. In the kitchen they installed a new faucet and cold water shut off valve and in the bathroom they installed a new vanity faucet and S-trap under the sink. Both faucets I did purchase on my own. I found them to be prompt and very professional and I was impressed by their work and cleanup. They were very courteous and I will definitely use them in the future. Thank you Phil and Steve!!!

I called and left a message one night after 8PM and received a return phone call early the following morning. He came the next day, arriving 5 minutes early and professionally fixed the problem and cleaned up. The second time I called, he called back within 10 minutes on a Saturday and scheduled an appointment. When he came he found out that somehow I had turned off the water inside and turned it back on and declined to even charge me a service charge for such a short job. Best service I can remember experiencing in years. An absolute pleasure and relief.

Great job - honest, straightforward and well-priced. In and out within an hour or so. Explained the process and made sure I understood the issues and solution.

The plumber, named Phil was called last night to fix our plumbing problem. We decided the urgency could wait till the next morning. This morning, he called thirty minutes before arriving to announce he was on the way. He removed the leaky pipe, sweated new joints with a new piece of pipe, tested the line to ensure there were no leaks. There were a couple fittings that needed to be tightened (my fault), which he successfully completed. I asked him if he could also fix a leak in the shutoff valve to the hot water supply, which he also performed. After completing the job, he tested the gas that I had installed, and once satisfied, turned on the gas heater. The hot water heater was filled and everything was completed successfully. Phil was very professional and I now have hot water...yay!

Phil Parkinson responded to my phone call requesting help to diagnose the source of continuously running water. He methodically diagnosed the problem until he identified it as being a burst pipe in the garage. He quickly repaired it. He charged me $195.00. Phil Parkinson demonstrated a great degree of friendliness, approachability, responsiveness, intelligence and integrity in the way he handled my situation. I highly recommend Phil Parkinson Plumbing. Phil Parkinson will be my plumber from this point forward.

Phil was excellent! I was given a notice to repair my cracked pipe (which I didn't know I had) within 10 days. I was leaving town in 2 days and would be gone for 4 days. He came the day I called and inspected what the city cited on my notice and agreed the pipe was cracked. He gave me a quote and I left a deposit as I rushed out of town. He called while I was away to confirm my name on the deed before applying for a permit and the day I would return so he could start working. He was there as decided by 8:00AM with his crew. They were pleasant, professional and neat! While working Phil expressed his expert opinion that my crack most likely was due to the main (it was gushing water) and promptly included the information on the work order necessary to prove the work had been completed as determined by the city. I followed up with the city and explained the situation. OMG! They agreed! They knew our street had experienced water problems. They asked that I send the receipt and that I would be reimbursed. What a Xmas present!!! I contacted Phil because his receipt said paid in full but did not reflect the deposit. I asked could he send it to me. He also sent me photo's of the water main break via email. He delivered the receipt the day after Xmas. What a great guy. I highly recommend him for his expertise and professionalism.

He straightened out the problem. He was on time and courteous. I was confused and he explained everything well and gave me other options which I appreciated.

The street side valve was not working right and was leaking. I wanted it replaced. There was a problem finding the pipes in front of the house at the curb because of heavy overgrowth of grass. I told him I would find them and call him back, so he left. The next day I was able to dig the dirt out around the tops of the pipes, so he came back. Then he was unable to turn off the valve because of dirt in the pipe. After a description that he would have to have his helper dig out the dirt to get to the pipe and what it would cost. I decided to get it done while the weather was not too bad. They came back the next day and did that work and also fixed the toilet. All of the work was done in an excellent way and they cleaned up afterward. He gave me a 10% discount from the price he quoted.

The price are high for 2 faucets: $145.00 cash.

Phone response was prompt and Phil was out the next morning ON TIME, answered all questions thoroughly, got the job done in the most professional manner ( i.e. replaced H & C and water supply line pipes, replaced the drain pipe connection, cleaned up, and took away all the debris ), and did a beautiful job. I would definitely hire this company again and recommend him to others w/ confidence. Thank you Angie's List!!!

They were amazing from every aspect. The work was perfect. I love my new bathroom. I was indecisive and asked them to help me pick out tile, fixtures, paint, etc. I just didn't have anything in mind and wasn't sure what I wanted. I let them make the decisions within my budget and I was amazed at the end result. I didn't expect anything nearly as nice. The design is awesome. Everything down to the paint. They were hard working, efficient, neat, courteous and kept me informed throughout. I will call Phil for all my future home improvement or repair needs. A++++++

I called phil to fix several minor plumbing issues that I've had for some time. Phil came by for an estimate the same day I called him, then did the work the next day. Phil was both prompt and responsive and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. Overall I was pleased with my experience and would use Phill again

It was lovely. He wanted to do a good job, especially after I mentioned that I found his number from Angie's List. He was courteous, he completed the job in a timely fashion. He left everything in perfect order, and offered to put everything back under the vanity. He came in a timely manner, he called me back promptly.

Excellent job!! We have a bathroom that had been out of service for a while and it needed a lot of work. They were available right away for an estimate. This was a pleasant experience from start to finish. They arrived on time and completed the job quicker than I thought possible. They were very honest and did great work! When I have more work to be done I won?t think twice about hiring them again.

I had used this company previously on my home a few months back. When my tenant called me at 11 pm at night, I decided to call this company since they offer 24 hour emergency service. We were frantic because there was water leaking out of the water heater and leaking onto the hardwood floors. The owner, Philip, called me right back and contacted my tenant directly to give them instructions on how to avoid further damage until he was able to get on site. He arrived at my rental property within 20 minutes of my call to him - right before midnight. He took care of the urgent issues of making sure no further damage occurred to the home by turning off the water and removing the water from the heater. The next morning he was there promptly and removed and replaced the water heater. My tenants were only without hot water for less than 12 hours. They were amazed and so was I. I just added these guys to my speed dial list because they saved me and at a very reasonable price too!

Every time we used Phil's Plumbing he was always flexible and showed up on time. He is very clean and professional and polite; in addition his prices are very reasonable. I recommend Phil's Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumber. He's done work for several people I know and have been very happy with the work that was done. He seems to have a great passion for his work and that's hard to come by with contractors now a days.
