Description of Work: My shower was leaking out of the bathtub spout. The plumber determined I needed a new diverter. He helped me find one online and installed it a week later. Because I asked about it, he also installed shutoff valves so if this happens again we don't have to shutoff the whole house's water. He also gave a 10% discount for being on Angie's List.

 + -1 moreMr. Parkinson was professional, courteous and provided us with a wealth of information. He came into our home, immediately diagnosed the issues and provided a plan of action along with pricing and time to completion. He was extremely patient with us as we had many questions and concerns with removal of drywall, ceilings and tile to get to the pipes, etc. He also made suggestions that would save us money and provide more value to our home - hence the reason we installed a new bathroom. He assurred us that he would be in and out within a few days and that our home would be back to normal before his departure. I was very impressed - he was certainly true to his word and I absolutely love my new bathroom. He was very reasonably priced and did an outstanding job. I must say, I think my home was cleaner after he left.
Description of Work: My husband and I had the opportunity to work with Philip Parkinson recently as we ran into a major plumbing issue which required immediately attention. A pipe burst in our second floor bathroom and flooded the bathroom and came through the living room ceiling on the first floor. We ultimately replaced all the pipes in the bathroom including under the floor and installed a new full bathroom.
