 + -1 moreIt takes over a week for Mr. Granieri to return your phone calls asking for his services. Mr. Granieri did not come to see me that day. I was told by my 91 year-old mother's aide two days later that he had come the next day but I was out. ||I received a bill for the full services, even though he knows I was not satisfied and his crew did not do what I wanted. I called him several times and left messages that I wanted to discuss an adjustment to the bill and never received a return call. During my last call, I told him specifically that I was reporting him to the Better Business Bureau and Angie's List (I actually had my comments drafted for your list and then received your email). I still haven't received a response, just several more copies of the same bill.||In all fairness, the big bush was trimmed correctly and the tree was taken out correctly.
Description of Work: ||Work took place in the front of my condo. I met with Mr. Granieri himself on the day work was to be done. We talked about what I wanted, he wrote down what we agreed: (1) bush pruned back for winter, (2)ground cover pruned back with ferns and other plants within the ground cover to remain and just be pruned back with the cover, and (3) a dead tree to be removed, roots and all.||I came out about an hour later and found that half the ground cover and the aforementioned bushed were totally removed. I was shocked and told them to stop.

HAVE NOT MET PERSONALLY BUT SPOKE TO MIKE ON THE PHONE AND SET UP THIS SERVICE..HE SEEMED VERY CONCERNED THAT MY HUSBAND WAS HAVING HEALTH PROBLEMS AND COULD NOT MOW OUR LAWN THIS YEAR..WE TALKED SEVERAL TIMES AND MIKE SET A DAY FOR US TO GET THEIR SERVICE......WHAT A WONDERFUL SURPRISE...THEY LEFT THE YARD LOOKING BEAUTIFUL..THEY MOWED AND WEED EATED THE LAWN...THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES, NOTHING LEFT ON THE DRIVEWAY OR WALK...WONDERFUL JOB WILL DEFINITELY HAVE THEM DO OTHER JOBS AS WELL....I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO FRIENDS
