It went well. Eli found our place with seemingly little trouble (we're kind of a pain to find). He was friendly and went right to work troubleshooting our problem. Turns out that a wire in a living room outlet went bad causing the outlets in the bedroom to fail. He changed out the bad wire and also replaced the receptacle so we're up and running again. Eli explained what happened and also went through some common causes so that we could perhaps avoid similar problems in the future. I do have other electrical jobs that I'm thinking of having done in the future. If I move ahead with them I would likely hire this provider again.

Repair for recess light was more involved because the transformer was no longer working, I then asked to change both recessed from low voltage to enable me to use LED bulbs in both - this job was done well... Second fixture could not be installed, we need to purchase a few parts (our fault) the electrician is happy to return to complete that work as soon as we are ready - very professional

It was kind of lame. They bring along a second guy who doesn't do anything and then say it's one hour for two guys. They didn't have anything, they didn't have a screwdriver. The deal was for something else, I think. We were disappointed. They didn't know they they were doing. It's not really much of a deal. We had other things for them to do, there wasn't time because of the second guy. We didn't want them to stick around. They did the work within a short time of purchasing the deal.

Mike Giradi electric did an excellent job - they gave us an up front quote for the work and did everything on the list. They even educated us about how important it is to have the sump pumps each on their own circuit. We will definitely hire them again when needed. it took a week or so to get an appointment, but they arrived exactly when they said they would

My family purchased a home with two Federal Pacific panels. The home inspector suggested they were inspected by a licensed electrician. Mike was upfront on his availability. He arrived when he said he would arrive. He explained the inspector marked the panels in the inspecting, the risks associated, and our options. He provided a detailed estimate within a day. His crew was very professional, knowledgeable, and asked our preference when faced with cosmetic challenges.

Mike and Eli showed up on time for the appointment. They were both knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They seemed to know what they were doing and were efficient and also picked up after themselves. I would have rated them an A but I think their services were a bit pricy. Everything they did was a-la-carte. For example, to replace a wall switch was a per switch price as opposed to working on an hourly rate. For example: I had 5 outdoor lights replaced and the first light was $xxx and the second through fifth were $xx per unit. $xxx to install a ceiling fan. Etc., etc. Overall the quality of work met/exceeded my expectations but their prices were a bit high. It worked out to Approximately $278/hour (less the light switches)($835/3 hours). I provided the light fixtures and ceiling fan.

After seeing the positive reviews and awards, I visited the website. The contact us page says to call for a quick quote. I called and was told that they could not give out estimates, and I would need to schedule an appointment for an estimate next week. I went ahead and scheduled but later received a phone call that there would be a trip fee. I live 3 miles from the office. They are advertising quick quotes. I feel that asking for a trip fee to drive three miles and then spend 10 to 15 minutes to give an estimate is a bit obnoxious. The electrician's work might be good, but I can easily find another good electrician that won't charge for an estimate.

The techs showed up on time, understood the issue, and had everything fixed within a half hour. Both techs were very professional and I would highly suggest them and call them again for future repairs. The only issue I had was the price. I technically paid for two hours of service (1 hour per tech) and only had them there for a half hour totaling 1 hour of service. It would have been nice if I only had to pay for half of what I was charged because of this.

Everything about this company was A+. They contacted me several times so I didn't forget to use my deal. They arrived right on time. Two people showed up and took exactly 1 hour to install 5 lights. They were professional, friendly and even removed the old lights. I would definitely use them again.

Service itself was excellent. Took 2 contractors almost 90 mins to finish the job.

I purchased the Angie's List coupon since it offered 2 hours for the price of 1 hour. Good insurance!. Workers arrived on time, performed the work quickly, cleanly and professionally. They were able to isolate the problem with the dining room fixture quickly. Then they installed 2 replacement fixtures for the newly painted dining room. Frankly the whole thing took less than 1 hour.

I'm very happy with the service Mike Gerardi provided. His electricians arrived on time, gave me a detailed quote and did the work quickly and well. They also thoroughly cleaned up their work area. I will use Mike Gerardi electric again.

The electrician took down and relocated a chandelier and ceiling lights. They were on time, performed great work, professional, and courteous.
