Description of Work: hardwood installed in daughters room(LOOKS AMAZING!),and upper hall, added shoe molding,re finished stairs/treads and stained both.

 + 0 moreabsolutely beautiful. top notch service, responsive, and responsible. came back quickly and without issue to troubleshoot any issues that came up. one of the few contractors i'd happily use again. expensive but worth the money.

 + -1 moreTim Lott was punctual in all details, from the original meeting to all of the days his crew was here. they were able to make a new floor in the kitchen looks seamless into the dining room area. They even added an additional coat when our cats decided it was time to walk on the floor that had not yet dried.
Description of Work: Refinished oak floors in living room, dining room, hallway. Toothed several registers leftover from previous heating system. New oak flooring in kitchen and finished.

 + 0 moreThey were excellent. They were careful to detail. They were courteous. They also were punctual. .They did a great job in matching the color to the new steps which are also hardwood .I gave them a B for price b/c I'm sure you can find cheaper but they hire and retain their very qualified employees. they are worth the cost....our floors look beautiful! And the dustless system really keeps the dust to a minimum plus they put plastic up to protect other areas of the house.Great job!.
Description of Work: They replaced some water damaged planks. They then sanded and refinished the kitchen, the breakfast area, the office, and powder room and foyer.They also installed new hardwood in the upper hall and landing.
