He came out the same day I called to assess the situation and explained what needed to be done. We are extremely pleased with the work that was done. We needed our 30-year old driveway re-paved and contacted Joe Connolly based on online reviews. Joe was courteous, prompt, and professional. He returned my initial call within a day or two and came out for an estimate fairly quickly after that (this was early summer). We scheduled the work for next available which was late August. When the week approached, Joe contacted me to let me know what happens next, he took care of contacting local utilities for property marking then called the next week with notice of the day they wanted to perform the job and how to prepare for it. They arrived on time and worked diligently with his crew while at our property. Joe was there the entire time and actually did the excavation himself. They were at our property about 7 hours, and when there were issues or questions, Joe made sure to talk to us before doing anything. The driveway looks great and we've received neighbor compliments. It's been about 2 months since the installation; too early to tell how it will hold up, but it rivals anything we've seen at other homes in our neighborhood. Definitely one of the better experiences we've had with a contractor in the last few years. Highly recommended!

Extremely happy with the work done by Joe Connolly Paving. I had several quotes but the key with Joe is he explained everything in detail. He identified challenges up front and brought them to my attention. No one else did. Hired him on the spot. A driveway is expected to last up to at least 20 years and no doubt in my mind this will last longer because of the meticulous work by Joe and his team.

Schedule the work in June. With in one week of contacting Joe we had a bid and an approximate start date in mid August. We received a call in mid July that he would be available next week if we were ok with that. He showed up on the morning of our set date. And had the work done on time and with great professionalism and left the property cleaner then when he showed up. Thank you. Joe.

My husband met Joe Connolly while walking our dog around our neighborhood. Turned out to be a great encounter. I called Joe the same day to get an estimate. Joe gave me a price and a time frame when the job would be started. Our original driveway looked horrible. A lot of cracks and oil stains. After Joe and his crew completed the job. It looked like a miracle happened. I can honestly say our new driveway is beautiful. We got a lot of compliments. Joe and his crew are hard working, honest and friendly. Very well! The 3 man team arrived promptly on schedule. They worked hard in 90 degree temperatures. Did an excellent job and cleaned up so well, you would've never guessed they were there. The owner was there all day working alongside his two co-workers. They were respectful and courteous. Joe gave us a rundown before leaving of what to expect and how to care for our new driveway. Would highly recommend this company.

It was a wonderful experience working with Joe from the moment we called him for an estimate until the work was done. We are so pleased with his work! He returned our call quickly, made an appointment with us that fit into our schedule, and showed up exactly when he said he would. The day of the job he and his crew were so professional, neat, efficient, and quiet. We live on a narrow street and our neighbors were amazed at how carefully Joe and his crew worked, being considerate of the needs of the school busses that had to come down our road and also the needs of our neighbors comings and goings. The crew covered our bluestone walkway and edging Belgian block before they began work. They also were extremely careful of our gardens that abut our driveway. Joe transformed our curb appeal and fixed a drainage problem we had. We could not be happier - he did a wonderful job! We have recommended him to so many people who ask us "who did your driveway - it is beautiful!"

Late in 2021, we needed our 20+year old driveway replaced. We reached out to Joe for an estimate and recommendation. Joe was prompt in coming out and providing us his recommendations and estimate. He was booked for the rest of the season in 2021 but promised to reconnect in 2022. Early in April, Joe reached out to us to see if we were still interested, which we were. Over two days, Joe and his helper came out and removed the old driveway, removed a side gravel bed, and then installed the new driveway. Several neighbors were impressed and wondered who did our driveway. Excellent customer service! Excellent work! We highly recommend the Joe Connolly Paving Company!

Excellent communication. Timely price quote. Accurate scheduling. Professional and friendly work team. Price was excellent for the value and quality of the job. We initially spoke with Joe at the end of the 2021 season for a price quote and to schedule for the spring. His price quote included demolition, new driveway gravel and asphalt, as well as regrading of the driveway for optimized rain runoff. He also quoted a start date in the spring which he was able to meet. The entire project was completed in a day and a half. They were very careful with the asphalt interfaces with our existing garage apron and stone walkways. Joe and Nick were great to work with, the job site was left 100% clean. Joe also followed up a couple days after the job and also a couple weeks later to make sure that we were 100% satisfied. We would highly recommend Joe Connolly Paving. Thanks.
