Professionalism - Joe conducts business with a level of professionalism that one doesn't often find these days. He told us exactly what he was going to do, did exactly what he told us, and charged us a fair and reasonable price for the work he did. I am not a driveway expert, but the work appears to be of a very high quality. Knowledge - Joe helped to advise us on our complex resurfacing project. We had a crumbling driveway and a retaining wall that needed to be rebuilt. We also had several other hardscaping features that we were trying to coordinate around our driveway repair. After our initial estimate and commitment to use JCP, Joe advised us on the order of how to do our projects that would set us up to have the best driveway. We had all our other work done first and then a beautiful driveway resurfaced as the last step. Hardworking & Diligent - Joe's crew arrived early, worked extremely hard and put in two long full days of work to complete our job in 2 days. They cleaned up the job site after the first day of working and left the place immaculate after the work was complete. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

He came out when he said he would to confirm an estimate he gave me over the phone. I explained what I wanted changed about the driveway - he was OK with that. Came out to pull the old driveway when he said he would and put crushed stone down - took about a day. We let this settle while the cement work on a new apron was completed. About 2 weeks later he paved the driveway - made sure the water would run off (not easy in our case). Neat and tidy job. Cleaned up. Was very careful not to get any blacktop on the new cement work or our brick path. Allowed us to use coupons from the newspaper that further reduced the cost. The men that did the job were nice. Joe is easy to deal with. He recommended a contractor I needed for the cement work - which also turned out well. I definitely would recommend Joe Connolly Paving. Only suggestion - let the driveway set for longer than suggested and don't turn the wheels in the driveway until several additional weeks go by.

The crew was punctual and polite. Work started exactly when agreed upon and the area was cleaned at the end of each day. Driveway being removed was approximately 12 inches thick. Demolition and surface coat was completed in the fall and the top coat was not finished until spring (because we needed to wait until the cement apron was done in warmer weather). The crew showed up to finish as planned and covered up all of the new cement & pavers before doing any work so that the new asphalt would not discolor what was just installed. We are extremely happy with Joe's craftsmanship and professionalism & would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a paving contractor.

Joe and his crew were professional / responsible and accessible during the entire process from quote to installation. We had other landscaping and hardscaping being done at the same time and he worked alongside the other crew without incident or issue. The driveway turned out great and I would highly suggest him to anyone else requiring this type of work. A true pleasure to work with.

He called to let us know what day and time he would be at our home to start the job and he was very punctual. His crew is very neat and clean and they work very professionally along with Joe. Joe and his crew arrived right on time! Joe explained what would happen and what we needed to do after they left...we were extremely pleased with his work, the driveway looks beautiful. We told Joe about our dog's invisible fence and he and his team were able to make sure they didn't cut the lines. In order to widen the driveway to fit the apron, they had to take out a sprinkler head which they did. We did not know that our sprinkler line ran around our driveway when Joe found that they had mistakenly cut the line he and his team repaired it at no additional cost to us. I will recommend Joe to anyone needing work on their driveway!

I could write pages about my experience with Joe Connolly Paving. I'll try to be brief. In short, I would recommend Joe to anyone and use him again myself. That says it all ! I am very detailed and when hiring someone to do work at my house I do my research. I want it done right . I've had bad experiences before. I also consult a very good friend of mine who is a high end building contractor. I received 4 estimates and listened to what each said. Joe was by far the best in every category. He returned my call the same day I phoned and left a message. He met with me when it was convenient with my schedule and it was a no pressure experience. I saw his work around the neighborhood prior to calling him. I liked what I saw and the owner was pleased as well, not to mention all these glowing reviews on Angies List. Out of the 4 estimates I quickly eliminated 2 of them. They tried selling me something I did not need. Joe was upfront and said he could do whatever I wanted, but I'd be wasting my money in his opinion. My builder friend agreed. In the end Joe gave me the best price. Even if it was the same, or slightly higher, I still would have selected Connolly Paving. I was thrilled to be able to select Joe's company. It was an added plus he is a local guy. I try to pick a mom and pop with local ties over a chain or large organization any day of the week. The work was completed on time and as expected. Actually better than expected. Nothing like the look and feel of a new driveway surface. Anal me had questions after the job. Joe answered those as well and put my mind at ease. Last comment, there was some added pressure on my part. Not only did Joe and crew do my driveway, they did my neighbor's as well at my recommendation at the same time. As it turned out, they were just as thrilled with the final product and the whole experience. It was a win win all around.

We researched driveway contractors, and the most positive references were for Joe Connolly Paving in Warminster, PA. From the first phone call I had with him I felt very comfortable, and he quickly came out and provided a written estimate. Joe kept us informed of the upcoming schedule, and notified us a few days ahead of when they were scheduled to be at our house to do the work. This morning he and his crew showed up on time, and Joe explained completely and in plain English what they were going to do, how they were going to do it, etc. They did a fantastic job and took care to make sure the property was not damaged, and even bagged up a small amount of sod that they needed to rip up to expand the curve of the driveway as part of our contracted work. The asphalt installation was perfect, and the professionalism of Joe and his crew was fantastic. It is an amazing difference with this new driveway and how much better the house and property looks. Joe also took the time when they were finished to discuss the completed work with me, and to go over the timing on when we could walk on the driveway, bring the cars onto it, what not to do when driving on it, etc. In summary I have the highest respect for Joe Connolly and his paving company, and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a high-quality, reasonably priced driveway.

I requested an estimate from Joe at the time he replaced my neighbor's driveway. My concrete apron also needed to be replaced, and I appreciated Joe's guidance and honesty when he advised that the concrete work should be completed before resurfacing. The estimate that he provided was fair and consistent with others that I had obtained. As a result of other expenses (my daughter's wedding), I had to postpone the work. When I contacted Joe two years later, I was impressed that he still had a copy of the original estimate that he provided -- I was even more impressed that I still had my copy.-:) He had other projects scheduled and told me that he would contact me at the end of October. True to his word, he called on October 29 and said that the work would be done on November 2. Joe and his crew were polite, pleasant and did a wonderful job -- they cleaned up all the debris and the driveway looks great. He has a well-deserved reputation on Angie's List, and I wouldn't hesitate recommending him for the quality of his work. He also provided a five year warranty against cracking.

Great, our driveway was in desperate need of repair. there were layers of asphalt that was coming apart and sections of uneven cement where driveway had been enlarged. They had to completely dig up old mess level and reapply layers of new driveway.It took two full days and at the end we were more than happy with results.

Joe and his gang did a great job. My boyfriend is very handy but this was one job he did not want to tackel himself. He wanted to hire a professional and we reviewed Angies list for possiblities. We called Joe and he came out to look at the driveway and gave us an estimate. We did not want a subcontractor. Joe was very professional from beginning to end - listened to what we wanted, made suggestions, communicated very well throughout the process. His quote wasn't the least expensive but we had confidence in his ability to deliver a quality product. And he did just that! The driveway looks even better than the last time we had it done 15 years ago by someone else. His workers were very friendly and courteous and worked very efficiently to complete the job.

Joe Connolly is an experienced professional who has much experience with resurfacing driveways. His crew was on time and their work which Joe personally oversees is very neat and clean. Almost no blacktop was on areas that were not intended. I'm interested to see how long this resurfacing will last but the installation and has been more than satisfactory.

I got several estimates, however, Connolly Paving came highly recommended from guys I work with. They had Joe and his crew replace their driveways years ago. He showed up on time, not only for the estimate, but for the demolition and then again for the paving. They were professional and courteous. Joe has a 5 year guarantee, but I'm sure I won't need it.
