From start to finish Joe Connolly was an absolute professional. His was the only outfit that communicated confidence about solving existing water problems on our property...we live at the bottom of a hill and water had always run against the house during heavy rains, but Joe showed how some excavation would solve it. Now the water is directed properly to the natural swail in our yard. Problem solved! Also, Joe always communicated by phone about dates and times for the work, and his crews were on time and polite. Nick, on the crew, is easy to talk to and it is clear that he knows what he is doing. Connolly was not the lowest quote, but we knew with our water drainage situation that this would take extra effort (and money) but we wanted to do things right, and by going with this company, we did. Very happy with the quality of work.

Scheduled end of last year, it was too late but he gave a price for the work and promised he would be out in April of 2020. Once he was given permission to assume his work to due to Gov. shutdown he called and scheduled the appointment. All work was done and it looks great!!! Very professional and cleaned up was done. Will recomend his company.

During the entire process from quotation till the completion of the job, Joe with Joe Connolly Paving was great to work with. Joe and his crew did a great job. They dug up our old driveway and and repaved it with new blacktop. They also extended the end of our driveway so there would be more space to park our cars. Joe has done several Black top driveways in my area, when my wife and I walk our neighborhood we couldn't help but notice the quality of workmanship, his work just stands out from the rest. I price shop when necessary, when Joe gave me a price, it was fair and I did not feel the need to obtain other estimates, in fact, I scheduled immediately. i wish I could post a picture of my new driveway, impressive to say the least, beyond satisfied. if interested in a new Black top driveway give Joe a call. We were extremely happy with the work performed and highly recommend Joe Connolly Paving. Joe explained in detail the work they would be doing and what we could expect. He provided a detailed estimate and the price was what we expected. Joe and his team showed up the exact time they said they would and completed the job in 2 days as planned. They were very courteous and respectful. Especially to our neighbors because we live in a small court where parking is limited. They were also very clean. I came home from work after day one expecting to see a mess. But everything was cleaned up and they didn’t have to leave any of their equipment in our court.

Excellent work from Joe Connolly! He was here himself along with other workers. Replace an old asphalt driveway and new one looks wonderful! Joe is surely a hard worker and super nice and easy to talk to. Very satisfied!

Joe and his crew did an excellent job. He did exactly what he said he was going to do at the time of estimate. Since my driveway was somewhat concave in the middle, water would collect into a puddle in the middle. He corrected that problem (as he said he would) and any water now drains off properly. What impressed me most about Joe is that he works right alongside his workers throughout the entire job - excavating, shoveling, raking, etc. This gave me great confidence that my driveway would be successfully repaved. In my opinion, both Joe and his team are total professionals !

Joe and team did an excellent job. Really great. Joe was responsive and detailed from the initial quote to job completion. According to the internet, the pricing per sq ft was at the high end of the average range for this area but his work is really top notch- so well worth the price. No problem to remove several large tree roots as part of excavation. I would definitely use his again for paving - though I anticipate my driveway won’t need to be done for many many years.
