Everything went smoothly. I called in the morning and they were there to fix my problem that afternoon. Randy came to my house and was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and just an overall nice guy. He made sure to test his work before leaving and cleaned up the area nicely. I would definitely use them again.

The contractor expressed an interest in the job so I reached out to them and left a message. I detailed what needed to get done and requested a return call which I never received. I understand that not all contractors are interested in every job that they see, and if that is the case, don't respond that you are interested. It's that simple.

Did good work, but way over charged me. $120/hr for each guy and $140 for parts. Most be a gold spigot. Can't believe I actually paid the bill. Beware. Get price beforehand.

We made an appointment for John to return to replace the gas line and install a new toilet. This was done as planned very competently and neatly. John was very knowledgeable and helpful in offering alternatives to the broken lid situation. I would definitely hire Goss Plumbing again, especially for complicated plumbing problems.

Very well. This company promptly returned our calls both times and everyone was pleasant and professional. The costs both times were very reasonable and the job was done well both times.

The contractor seemed to be very nice and we were almost certain that if the estimate came out to be reasonable in price that we would hire him. He looked at the entire job site and gave us an idea of what the job would entail and then he promised to get back to us with an estimate. We did have a toilet issue that he fixed on the spot and we paid him right then and there for that work. After several days of waiting for the estimate of the larger project, we did not hear anything so I called and left a message that we were looking forward to the estimate. Several more days went by and I still did not hear anything so I called again. I still did not received an estimate. I finally called another contractor who provided an estimate within a couple of days and I have scheduled the work with them instead. What was interesting is that the proposal from the second contractor called for a much more convenient place to put the dryer vent than what Goss Plumbing was suggesting. It would have been the difference between drilling through concrete rather than wood and siding. The Goss Plumbing proposal would have therefore been a more expensive option.

This is not the first time we've used John's service. As usual, he did a great job right down to the smallest detail. This time we were able to schedule John, but in the past when we had emergencies, he was very responsive. He left the work area as clean (maybe cleaner) than when he started.

John arrived on time as promised and completed work in a professional matter. John is coming back in a week or so to complete work when i have the cabinets installed.I have found my new plumber .
