The initial work was done professionally and quickly and the owner, Bill Conway, was involved. There were some minor repairs needed over the years which were taken care of in a timely manner. However last year when I needed repair to some siding which came loose I had to make daily calls for 4 weeks to get them to come out. I did not ask them to do it for no compensation and they sent a small bill which I paid promptly. Two weeks ago I notice a couple of other pieces which appeared to have pulled away and I called. I was told that it was sent to the repair department and someone would get back to me. One of the areas was the area they repaired in June of 2016. Well after 2 weeks no-one has contacted me and I have made several calls. Yesterday we had strong winds and my simple repair that I called about 2 weeks ago is now one side of our home. I am hoping I am not faced with completely replacing the siding because it can't be matched to the rest of the house. Could have completely avoided this if someone paid attention.
