We used Carlton pools for our pool construction in 2023 and I would never recommend this company. MAJOR lack in communication during the entire process. Never knew what was going on. Construction workers left our site a complete disaster. They left giant holes in our ground which we were responsible to pay and fill. Ordered and paid a cover for the pool a year in advance and had to fight with them to get the cover at closing time. Run away from this company and pay more money to have a better company build your pool.

Contratced with Carlton 14 months ago. Pool is a disater. They flat out refuse to communicate. Now they are holding my cover ransom. They want to be paid for a pool that leaks and has a terrible finish and due to their mistakes my brand new patio is torn up. DO NOT USE THEM. Flat out worst experieince with a company I have ever had.

All I have to say is WOW!! I don’t usually write reviews but the service Carltons provided from meeting with the our sales guy Matt to them finishing to the final detail. It only took them 3 months from start to finish! They did an amazing job, very quick and I have to say the best service in communication throughout the whole process. I would say to anybody you’d be crazy not to use them. I interviewed four other pool companies and none of them compared to how professional they were through the whole process.

+ -1 moreLousy, from the moment we signed the contract there were problems. There were mechanical problems with their design and pool plaster finish. No luck in having these issues resolved. Later, cracking developed, not help or responsibility for getting the problem fixed. Don't believe, do an internet search and you will see for yourself. The absolute worse company I have ever dealt with.

Description of Work: We are working with Carlton Pools but we haven't gotten that far in the process. We are waiting for the permits and that sort of thing. They gave us a quote.
