Ordered the $99 big deal for complete gutter cleaning through Angie's list. As promised, they contacted me within 48 hours requesting additional telephonic contact info. They were provided with a cell and home number. After two weeks of no contact I reached out to the company. To their credit they were professional to deal with. Rep stated I was "on the list" and would be contacted a day before. Several days later they called and we scheduled a day. They were a no show for their appointment. They called the next day and left a message with me apologizing and stating they would be out the following day. Again, they were a no show. After a couple of days with no follow up from the company I reached out to them. I left a message with my call back information and asked when they would be out. After three days I had still not received a call back from them. At this point I requested a refund through Angie's list as I only had a couple of days left to submit a refund under the thirty day window. I'm a bit disappointed things didn't work out as they were offering a great deal. Based on this experience I would not use Built 2 Last in the future and would be hard pressed to recommend them to others.

They arrived when they said they would. Cleaned the gutters on the main house and porch. Also sweeping all pine needles from the porch roof. Cleaned gutters and swept roof on the garage where they found a hole in the roof made by a fallen tree branch. On my request they fixed the hole very well and charged me a very fair price. They were extremely helpful and pleasant. A job well done.

They were very punctual and professional. They got right to work cleaning my gutters and did a wonderful job. I would use them in the future. As a bonus, this was an Angie's List Big Deal, so I not only got professional work but also will be entitled to Angie's cash in my account. Can't beat that.

Provider took some time to call to schedule the gutter cleaning, but did come by that same weekend after my purchasing the deal to perform the services. There was no need for anyone to be present at the house which allowed more flexibility regarding scheduling, and he did a good job of cleaning the gutters.

When I purchased the $99 whole house gutter cleaning deal back in August, I knew that I wanted the service done late in the fall. No problem at all. Easy contact with Built 2 Last, and scheduling worked out fine. Work was done quickly and efficiently.

The provider was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. They were very reasonable and explained what needs to be done. They have provided service to us before so I knew there would be no issues with their service.

I have a billing address and a service address, apparently the two were somehow conflated, according to the provider. He called and left me a message saying "I'll be there tomorrow at 7 AM," I waited till 11 and no one showed. Meanwhile, my daughter, who bought the service, was in LA and heard from her roommate at the billing address that someone had shown up at 7 AM, cleaned the gutters then woke him up. He told them he knew nothing about this and had just had his gutters cleaned two weeks prior. They showed him a work order with his address and the roommate's name so he said, whatever, I had no knowledge of this and I'm asleep. When I contacted the supplier, he said, tough, that's the address that Angie's list provided, so that's where he went. I see the service address all over my account, so I can't figure out what happened, but I pointed out that it's a good idea to just reconfirm where you're going or at least don't perform the service before you consult with the occupant. Now I'm out $99, and I have no one to clean my gutters.

Went just fine, some fits and starts getting connected but it's a professional business, they do very good work, they're prompt, considerate of property, intelligent conversation and reasonably priced. Was impressed enough to ask them to come back and take care of a couple of other issues that needed work, with the same results.

as I said they got them cleaned but did not clean up as thoroughly as I would have liked and I really did not look it over until they left. Im sure that if I had inspected prior to their departure they would have made it right, so my fault

The work they did was good. It took 3 to 4 weeks to reach us to get to work.

They were GREAT! The servicemen were punctual, friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. About 15 years ago we had a gutter company come to clean and they tried to sell us a new gutter system that would have cost thousands. We knew that our gutters were not prone to much clogging because of few trees near them and declined their recommendation. That was not the case with Built 2 Last. There were a few clogs which they handled but no ridiculous recommendations for extensive replacement. I will definitely use this company again (and won't wait 15 years, either)!

They were very fast, cleaned up whatever came out of the gutters. They did a great job in fact I used them to fix my chimney for another day.

No problems! He noticed a small area on the roof that needed some repair, gave me an estimate for the repair and returned in two weeks to do the job. Everything was cleaned up and done well.

He did come out and he did it. Everything was fine. I didn't pay more. They did the job. They were substantial. The pricing was okay.

The provider came as scheduled, although we had to reschedule to original time slot, performed the service as ordered by using air pressure to clean my drains. They were rather speedy & we're done quickly. I have no way of knowing if my service was correctly performed until we get another severe rain fall. So fR so good.
