This was a big deal purchase. He came out and charged me more money than what the deal was. It turned out to be not what I thought it was. He was nice guy but he said that was not what the deal was supposed to be. He had it printed out. I see now what he did; I had covers on it and he did not put them back on properly. He did not do the job for the price that we were told it would be.

They never returned my call and only after Angie's list contacted them dos they respond. When they finally called after a month they blamed Angie's List for not giving the message despite the fact that I called myself and left 5 messages.

It went very well. He was excellent. Great business manner, very personable and professional. I would use them again in the future and definitely would get an estimate from him for a roof.

Work was done while at work, came home to clean gutters! Easy to work with, intend to use again.

Workers did a good job and explained the amount of debris they found in each gutter. Did a nice job cleaning up.

He was somewhat hard to get a response from - it took a couple of followups - but when he came, he did the job professionally and quicklt. I would definitely use again.

Everything went well, he fixed the gutter and also inspected the downspouts and parts of the roof. He was able to fix several issues found during his inspection.

I bought the $99 deal (a $200 value) with intent of having my incorrectly pitched gutters corrected/adjusted so the water would flow out instead of pooling in spots. Built 2 Last came out and evaluated the problem and quoted me $1200 to do that work. That was WAY more than I intended to spend so I asked what could they do for the $99 ($200 value) that I purchased. I was told they could replace 1 downspout pipe. So I paid $99 for a 12' section of downspout to be replaced between the porch roof and the ground drain.

It was fine. I wasn't there but they seemed to do a good job. I was expecting to hear back from them for the follow-up. We have a terracotta roof so we're eventually going to have that looked into as well. They said they're going to follow-up but I never heard back. The job itself wasn't bad. They left a bucket onsite with some debris in it. I wasn't unimpressed.

It went well. Everything went well. There were no additional charges. They came out about a week later after the purchase date. They could have scheduled earlier with me. They did leave the area nice and clean when they were finished.

Everything went fine. They called a few days before hand to let me know when they were coming. When thy arrived he let me know they were there and that they would let me know if there were any issues. Cutters were cleaned and they cleaned up and left. No issues at all.

After the appointment was scheduled, they promptly came out and took care of cleaning all of our gutters. Given that this was a flat rate for an unlimited number of linear feet of gutters, this was a terrific deal. I'll certainly be using them again in the future.

The Provider has never shown up. I can see from all the favorable reviews that he has been busy elsewhere. I contacted him in Nov. For the next month he never returned calls to schedule. Then he claimed he had been out but my roof was covered in debris and the gutters also had needles and leaves in them. Finally I had a male friend call and he answered, promised to come out and proceeded to never show up. Repeated calls were met with promises but no service. Finally I had a message he would be out to do the work on Sat. Dec. 19th and on Sun. Dec. 20 I had a phone message he would not be out and didn't know if he would make it before Xmas. He hasn't. Nor has ne called again or shown up. These happy reviews have got to be fake or his relatives because this is company with no organization or ability to fulfill an obligation.
